''Lemonade'' was in large part inspired by tumultuous times in Beyonce's marriage to Music/JayZ, but this time her life was in a much better place (including the birth of their twins in the interim after she'd struggled to get pregnant), [[CreatorRecovery and her output reflects that]]. The album is much more upbeat and fun and is heavily influenced by the dance genre. This time she eschewed a [[InvisibleAdvertising surprise release]], she had mentioned working a new album in interviews before confirming it to Vogue UK in June 2022.
