Nadine and Kimberley were always more primly dressed and favored skirts while Sarah and Cheryl had favored pants and the "tough girl" aesthetic. Nicola has said that she was more tomboyish as a child and her (and Sarah's) favorite part of making the video for "The Loving Kind" was destroying things.
