Colby O'Donis (born March 14th, 1989) is a singer who was briefly huge during the late 2000s. One of the first signees for Music/{{Akon}}'s vanity label Konvict Muzik, he first broke through in 2008 with ''Colby O'' and its hit single "What You Got", featuring Akon himself.
That same year, he was featured on another record by a fellow Konvict Muzik labelmate, a then-unknown singer named Stefani Germanotta, who went under the stage name Music/LadyGaga. Gaga's single "Just Dance" proved to be a monster smash and set up her cultural domination for the next few years, but it did little for O'Donis, who never had another solo hit for beyond "What You Got". After his feature on Akon's "Beautiful", he left the mainstream and has been recording one-off singles to this day.
