She goes out of her way to take time to comfort [[spoiler:George Mason while he is battling his fatal radiation symptoms]] even while dealing with the stress of trying to stop a bomb threat, her good influence manages to get Tony, initially a bit of a {{Jerkass}}, to [[TookALevelInKindness soften up]] and become one of the kinder characters in the series himself for a while, and even her kill count is astronomically lower than her fellow CTU agents. [[spoiler:In fact, only one on-screen kill, and it was to stop a man infected with a deadly virus from breaking quarantine and spreading it everywhere, so quite justified]]. All in all, she manages to arguably be the [[TheCutie warmest and most compassionate]] character in the series, which is certainly needed in a world like ''24''.
