** [[LetsGetDangerous Okay then, motherfuckers.]] [[labelnote:Explanation]]After several months of waiting, and with the first Ordeal Call seemingly proving the suspicion that the arc would ultimately just be inconsequential filler, Ordeal Call 2 finally dropped... and quickly proved to be an absolutely ''devastating'' [[PlayerPunch gut punch]] of a WhamEpisode, which saw Ritsuka put through some of the worst trauma they've yet experienced ([[TraumaCongaLine and that's saying something]]) and ended with almost all of the summoned Avenger Servants- including [[BreakoutCharacter Jeanne Alter]] and Edmond Dantes- [[NothingIsTheSameAnymore being forced to permanently leave Chaldea]]. Given the fandom's not-so-quiet mockery of the Ordeal Calls prior to this, some fans half-jokingly claimed that the devastating tone of the storyline was the developers' revenge.[[/labelnote]]

* "[X] is a Massive Ghost? RIP their chances of playability."[[labelnote:Explanation]]Whenever an antagonistic Servant summons or transforms into a Massive Ghost, players take it as a sign that the developers have not created the assets or do not plan to make them playable any time soon. This is especially prevalent because the only cases that did get PromotedToPlayable are Ereshkigal, Bartholomew Roberts, Ashiya Douman, and Xu Fu (Douman having been slated for release ever since the beginning of ''Cosmos in the Lostbelt''), Mario Antoinette (Alter), while Yoshida Shouin and other assorted Servants remain unplayable.[[/labelnote]]

*** [[Film/AvengersInfinityWar "What did it cost?" "Everything."]][[labelnote:Explanation (Ordeal Call 2 spoilers!)]]As per the point above, the Jeanne sisters received Animation Updates (and Strengthenings even) as Id launched in March 2024, but the chapter ended with almost all the Avengers severed their links with Chaldea for the sake of the protagonist, including Jeanne Alter who is a prominent character of the chapter. Needless to say the crowd is astonished to such CruelMercy.[[/labelnote]]
