The manga centers around a Galactic Patrolman named Jiya who appears to be a large robot-like alien but is in fact a tiny creature who pilots the suit and can control living beings by entering their body and taking over their brain. Jiya arrives on Earth to investigate a suspicious report sent by one of his colleagues only to find that the planet is seemingly living in terror of an evil and powerful vampire named Vamp. After meeting and befriending a rich party girl named Beniya Kaede and her chauffeur Yukio Kyumonji, Jiya finds that there may be more to the situation on Earth than there first appears.
