** This trope can actually reveal some interesting things about some of the characters. In ''VideoGame/StreetFighterIII'', Necro, who has [[RubberMan stretchy limbs]], is shown to have his bones broken into smaller sections like an accordion. Twelve, a non-human VoluntaryShapeshifter, averts the trope entirely. Q, an AmbiguouslyHuman man of mystery, doesn't show his skeleton when shocked, and instead shows his muscular system. In ''VideoGame/StreetFighterV'', Necalli, an ancient Aztec demon, has no visible skeleton, instead just showing a black silhouette when he's shocked.

While also likely a bug, when Karin or Chun-Li are electrocuted in their swimsuit costumes, their skeletons can be seen wearing their sunglasses.
