** In ''Target: April O'Neil'', Donnie visits April, who has been holding a grudge against him and the rest of the Turtles for accidentally mutating her father to a bat in ''The Mutation Situation''. However, April [[RejectedApology brushed]] off Donnie's attempts to fix things between them and tells him to leave but did take a second to listen to his advice that some things are just beyond anyone's control. While hanging out with Casey and hearing him say the same thing Donnie said, April not only thinks about their advices but also [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone became filled with regret]] for her actions towards the Turtles. During a Foot Clan attack, April realized that Donnie and Casey were right about situations being too out of control as she call the Turtles, mainly Donnie, for help. Also, during the fight, April told the rest of the Turtles to not be so rough on Donnie because she could have been kidnapped if he hadn't answered her call for help. After the Foot Clan retreated, April [[{{Forgiveness}} thanked]] the Turtles for saving her and apologizes to them for her behavior, especially Donnie.

** In the beginning of season 2, after her father was accidentally mutated to a bat during a mission and finding out what happened, April lashes out at the Turtles, mainly Donnie, for her father's condition and walks out on them. * In ''WesternAnimation/XiaolinShowdown'' episode "The Last Temptation of Raimundo", Raimundo was forced to use Shen Gong Wu during a time that he can't because Jack and Wuya caused a lava flow in his hometown. When his friends find out, Raimundo was said hurtful things from them as they believed it was for his own fun and didn't believe his story, expect for the last part of it. Despite everyone frustration, Master Fung reminded everyone that they should't be so hard on Raimundo. Although, through Dojo, they realize that Raimundo was [[CassandraTruth telling the truth]] and they not only felt guilty for not believing him but also for being rough on him. After finding him and saving him the Shen Gong Wu along with Wuya, Raimundo was given an apology from his friends for being hard on him and not believing his noble intentions, which he forgives them.

* In ''WesternAnimation/BackAtTheBarnyard'' episode "Home Sweet Hole", Otis accidentally ruin Pips mouse home and he tried living with his friends. However, Pip was harshly told to leave their homes and a misunderstanding has led him to run away from the barnyard. Realizing this, Otis and the others felt guilty for yelling at Pip and went looking for him to make things right with him. After forgiving his friends, Pip was explained the misunderstanding he heard from his friends.

*** In "Present Tense" Tigress is left dealing with a GenkiGirl who is obnoxiously enthusiastic about the Winter Festival. Eventually, Tigress explodes at her, since she loathese the Winter Festival since she has no real family to celebrate with. Xiao Nao sadly responds [[SadClown she doesn't either, she only wanted to get into the spirit of things]]. Tigress immediately feels guilty.

** In ''Seeing the Forest for the Trees!'', [[HeroicBSOD after losing his Gym battle for his last badge in Kalos]], Ash snaps at Serena who was trying to cheer him up. Serena [[OOCIsSeriousBusiness gets angry with Ash]] and [[WhatTheHellHero calls him out]] for not acting like his usual self, [[GetAHoldOfYourselfMan even going as far as to throw snowballs at him]]. However, Serena soon ends up feeling guilty for snapping at him, knowing that he was already in a bad mood and believing that she only ended up making things worse. Although, the two ultimately reconcile at the end of the episode, with Ash admitting that Serena snapped some sense into him.

** In ''Brave the Wave!'', after losing his Gym battle for his second badge in Hoenn, Ash lashes out at Brock, Max and May when they tried to help him. However, while taking a walk with Pikachu, Ash realizes that he might have been harsh towards his friends as he understood their good intentions to help better himself so he can win the battle next time. After his friends meet up with him, Ash apologizes for being so hard on them and they forgave him.
** In ''Take This House and Shuppet!'', May and Max had a sibling argument, which led her to saying very hurtful things to him then he declares that he hated her and ran away. However, despite being mad at each other, May and Max both regretted for hurting their feelings. After proving that they still care about one another, May and Max apologizes for the harsh things they said to each other as they accept the apology.
** In ''The Path That Leads to Goodbye!'', Ash [[FeudEpisode overacts]] on Iris when she got in the way of catching a Pokemon. Although, after realizing how harsh he was towards her, Ash tried to make it up to Iris by giving her an apple as a peace offering. However, due to Iris's apple being sour and didn't know it was a bad fruit, Ash laughed at her when he saw the expression on her face but she took it differently as she accuses him for giving her that bad fruit on purpose and decided that she doesn't want to travel with the group anymore, which he was fine with and they ended their friendship. After Iris left and the boys see that she was right about the bad fruit when they took a bit, Ash told Cilan that she should't had chew his head off when she did, although he shook it off and declares that their friendship was over. Later, after been given some fruit from Axew, Iris does dwelled on her argument with Ash as she not only realizes that he would never give someone a bad fruit on purpose but also that she might of been too hard on him, even thou she shakes it off and points out that they weren’t friends anymore. In the end, through the help of their friends, they realize their mistake and apologize for overreacting on one another, which they accepted and mend their friendship.

However, they realize how wrong they were to be so hard on one another when Ash became more angry at himself for hurting her as he understood that she was just trying to help while Serena felt that she made his depression worse and he left further alone was because of how she got angry at him. After meeting back up with each other, Serena attempted to apologies for snapping back at him but Ash assured her that she doesn't need to say anything then promptly apologizes to her for his behavior by thanking her for [[{{Determinator}} helping him get his act together]] and she forgave him.

Can be TruthInTelevision for some parents don't feel comfortable in punishing their children. This is often the reaction to a child being TheRunaway. A very suitable reaction of the PushoverParents if they punish their children for the first time ever. Can be why BeingGoodSucks.
