This doesn't count if the wielder of the original weapon is using it. That's just being true to those stories. Mjolnir, the hammer of Thor won't count unless it's someone other than Thor. Also, being named after a recent manufacturer doesn't necessarily count, since they aren't likely to have legends about them as famous weaponsmiths of old do.
