* Anime/CyberpunkEdgerunners, some fights in which David uses his Sandevistan implant are depicted first as portrayed through David's perception, then replayed in realtime where, to the outside observer, it appears as though he simply FlashStepped to his opponent and floored them in the blink of an eye.

* Series/Tracker: Cole can do this thanks to his alien abilities. He does have a justification for not doing it all the time, or at least the hyperspeed version of it, which is that it uses a lot of energy in the process.

* Common in Manga/RanmaOneHalf. Mikado Sanzenin got hit 108 times without anyone but Akane seeing it... And that's before Ranma becomes really fast, at which point he can punch someone a hundred times in the same spot with what looks like a single punch to anyone else (thankfully, the only one who got hit by that was the incredibly sturdy Ryouga, who practically requires it).

** "ComicBook/SupergirlsBigBrother": When the Danvers' family car falls off a cliff, Supergirl removes and hides her wig and civilian clothes, leaps out of the rear seat, flies down the car and pick the vehicle before it can even begin falling down.

This entry contains several blatant mistakes (Fa Jin is the name of the third user's Quirk, not the user himself, and Gearshift is the Quirk of the second user), but my memory is not good enough to fill in the gaps in this example. It lacks context about the actual speed-blitzing itself, not saying anything about how Midoriya overwhelms opponents with speeds too great to react to.

* Franchise/MyHeroAcademia: Gearshift: Overdrive was the quirk of Fa Jin, third user of One For All, and is accessible by the current user of All For One, Isuzu Midoriya. It lets the user propel themself at super fast speeds. Midoriya uses it to enhance his attacks against opponents. He used it against Shigaraki in the Final War arc in the form of an enhanced Detroit Smash.

* Franchise/KamenRider has been doing this since at least Agito, what with Agito's random bouts of sudden acceleration during his Rider Kick, with his Shining Rider Kick being the more blatant in that series. Since then, Kamen Rider had used this trope on-and-off again, appearing most famously in Kamen Rider 555 (Faiz Axel, which had a 10-second limit and never uses it in quick succession) and most prolifically in Series/KamenRiderKabuto, in which every MonsterOfTheWeek had SuperSpeed and all the Riders were equipped with the same to counter them.
* Series/Tracker: Cole could do this thanks to his alien abilities. He did have a justification for not doing it all the time, or at least the hyperspeed version of it, which was that it used a lot of energy in the process.
