* Top Dollar from Film/TheCrow is amazingly charismatic and calm almost all the time. Though he does have a couple of moments where he loses his temper and hollers, even when being outright insulted and disrespected by a low-level s he keeps his cool and even agrees maybe he's "not as big as he thinks." Then he tosses the mook someone else's torn-out eye and, still being chillingly calm, tells the man that's what happened to the last guy who talked back to him like that. Then he runs him through the throat with a sabre for the hell of it, without ever once breaking composure.

* WesternAnimation/StarVsTheForcesOfEvil: Toffee is always soft-spoken, polite and courteous. But beneath his affable exterior, hides a cruel and heartless lizard who's willing to go to any lengths to secure his goals. Lacking remorse and empathy, he hides his own sadism and insanity quite well. Even in his gigantic magic goo form, he retains this trait.

* WebAnimation/RWBY: Salem carries herself like a queen, rarely raising her voice and infallibly polite regardless of who she is addressing at the time. She can speak with a warm, motherly tone whether she's praising someone, issuing an ultimatum, or torturing someone as punishment. This simply adds to her menace as a villain, as she rarely loses her composure and the things she says with a gentle voice are rarely reassuring. When she does raise her voice or otherwise lose her composure, it's enough to send her servants fleeing in terror.

* The depiction of John Silver in Animation/TreasureIsland1988 differs from his book counterpart and most adaptations by lacking any of the original's AffablyEvil traits, his liveliness, and his fondness for protagonist Jim Hawkins. This Silver never raises his voice at any point and will often interupt or punctuate his sentences with a barely audible chuckle, yet it's enough to threaten the heroes with violence and to get his unruly subordinates back in line whenever they act foolishly.
