I removed the reference to the Biblical “Star Wormwood” being the more likely interpretation than “wormwood meaning bitter”. Reading some history of the Bibilical Star Wormwood, this seems to refer to the Greek word apsinthos which was translated as Wormwood. A relevant New Testament quote seems to be, “The name of the star is Wormwood…and many died from the water, because it was made bitter.” Apparently, “Apsinthos is believed to refer to a plant of the genus Artemisia, used metaphorically to mean something with a bitter taste”. Since, if the Biblical Star Wormwood were more relevant (though there’s no reason to assume so), that would still equate to the same thing; I don’t think that including this point adds anything other than to make the article seem to argue with itself on interpretation.
