** A lesser, but just about as good version is early in the final battle when a SWAT team first approaches the approaches the appartment. The point man looks around the corner:

*** Completely subverted and reversed a few seconds later, whe after usng his signature move Lee looks on in horror as Gaara's face starts falling apart, revealing that Gaara replaced himself with a sand clone. Gaara then shows up behind him, smiling and bloodlusted, which freaks out his siblings who know what he is like. Gaara is exciting that someone has finally been able to hit him, as it will make the fight that much more special...and he'll enjoy killing him that much more. Reversed ''again'' when Lee uses the Gates to nearly destroy Gaara, but reversed ''a third time'' when Gaara- now really p*ssed- survives and snaps the injured Lee's arm and leg, and shatters his spine. CrowningMomentOfHeartbreaking when Lee still tries to fight despite being ''unconscious'', and Gai is told Lee's career is over.

*** Let's not forget his original moment at the end of ''{{The Empire Strikes Back}}'', when the ''Falcon'' manages to jump to lightspeed, after Piett had assured Vader that his men had sabotaged the ship. Piett watches Vader with horror, knowing the [[YouHaveFailedMe price of failure]]. Made more chilling when Vader doesn't even regard him, instead calmly and quietly leaving the room. Made less chilling by Piett actually surviving and appearing in the sequel.

** The Doctor, in ''The Pandorica Opens'', on realising that [[spoiler:there never was a 'goblin'- the Pandorica was made to contain ''him''.]]

* The simulation in the ''DeadliestWarrior'' Season 1 finale had two beautiful Oh Crap moments made by [[spoiler:the Taliban soldier when he noticed that he was about to be a casualty of friendly fire via RPG, and the last Taliban soldier when he realized that the IRA soldier had trapped him in a bus with a Nail Bomb in it]].

** Back to the original series, a Naruto fake goes to discredit him and make him broke and is doing a good...Wait. [[BerserkButton Did that explosion come from the Nindo ramen stockpile?]] OMFG IT'S RAINING NARUTOS! Oh he tries to escape but, once the clones realize that the fake doesn't have the box...[[SoYeah Yeah]].

** It also happens to ''you'' in TheLegendOfZeldaSpiritTracks when... well, let's just say that if [[JumpScare you suddenly hear]] the overworld soundtrack shifting to a more sinister one that starts with a ScareChord while riding your train, [[NightmareFuel bad shit's gonna happen.]] [[spoiler: To elaborate: it means there's a Bomb Train (or Evil Train) either chasing you or - if you're unlucky enough - ''right in front of you and ready for collision''. [[CollisionDamage Hitting such trains takes away four hearts.]] [[GameOver And since - as long as you don't have any wagons - your train has only four hearts]][[SoYeah ...]]]]

** Nodoka makes a funny one back in chapter 251 when [[spoiler: Negi decides to disarm the Ardiane Knights' weapons. Negi [[TheNudifier being himself]] casts Flans Exarmatio but unfortunately, due to his PowerLevel being higher than anyone else, [[ClothingDamage strips the female of all of their clothing.]]]]

** In Chapter 292, [[spoiler:Tsukuyomi's expression is most definitely this trope when Negi catches her trying to kill a member of the heroes. She can't actually say the trope, though, since Negi ''is holding her off the floor by a one-handed death grip on her neck''.]]

** Yuusei's Riding Duel with Placido, after he [[spoiler: finally Accel Synchros for Shooting Star Dragon. He activates its effect, allowing it to attack a number of times equal to the number of Tuners among the top 5 cards of his deck. Placido's face [[http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v307/WillRennar/PlacidoIsScrewed.jpg becomes the epitome of this trope]] when '''''all 5 cards turn out to be Tuners.''''']]
* ''Yu-Gi-Oh!'' as a whole is quite fond of this trope. Usually it coincides with that particular season's EarWorm playing in the background and the good guy's XanatosGambit (occasionally the bad guy's, but not often) paying off.

*** No, the ''real'' OhCrap moment for Haga came when Yami activates the "Berserker Soul" spell, which allows his monster to keep attacking for each Monster Card he draws at that point. He only needed to draw 2 monsters to win. He pulls '''seven''' monster cards in a row in the English dub, ''and even more more'' in the Japanese version.

* Saiou's face in Yu-Gi-Oh GX right before being attacked directly by Glow Neos qualifies as this.

** yea, if you notice the marine mouths the words "oh shit" (or holy shit, I can't remember) just as the camera stares at the cyberdemon's crotch-guard, and then at his face when the cyberdemon roars, he is also the most dissapointing boss, would've rather fought the classic cybberdemon (that guy causes some oh crap moments believe me and he would in doom 3 too.

Kent reminds him of this room and then Salamander reveals that he is not Salamander but [[IndenticalStranger the Doctor]]. Kent is understandably perturbed -- the Doctor is not supposed to know of their past connection.]] One of these days, the episode will resurface and this troper is sure the look on [[spoiler:Kent's]] face will be priceless.

*Followed by Swigert's and Haise's heads turning like swivels to look at them, followed by Mission Control going deathly quiet as they realize just how badly in trouble the astronauts are. Really brilliantly done.
