** During the ComicBook/XMenTheKrakoanAge, writer Creator/JonathanHickman introduced the idea of "mutant circuits" and the Five, a group of five mutants who join their powers to resurrect fallen mutants: the dead mutant's DNA is inserted into an egg-like cocoon, a TimeMaster ages the individual's body to their preferred age, the mutant cracks open the egg and leaves the coccon as a memoryless naked body, until a telepath "downloads" the dead person's memories on the new body.
