In extreme circumstances, a character will become so loud that the show can be watched only with the volume turned down, making it a problem when the quieter characters speak. In the worst case scenario, the character will become [[TheScrappy such a headache]] that the viewer might be put off watching. These are the shows that you can't have on in the background when you're talking to someone; you'll be drowned out.

* LargeHam, who probably lacks an indoor voice but gets away with it by virtue of sheer charisma.

* PunctuatedForEmphasis, where, in addition to shouting, the person also adds an exclamation mark after each word (sometimes in conjunction with ThisIsForEmphasisBitch).

* ''Film/{{Beowulf}}'': "I! AM! BEOWULF!" He shouted CONSTANTLY. 3/4 of his dialogue was SCREAMED at the top of his lungs. Little to no exaggeration.
