In extreme circumstances, a character will become so loud that the show can be watched only with the volume turned down, making it a problem when the quieter characters speak. In the worst case scenario, the character will become [[TheScrappy such a headache]] that the viewer might be put off watching. These are the shows that you can't have on in the background when you're talking to someone; you'll be drowned out.

There's conflicting canon on the matter.

* ''MrMen'': Mr. Noisy and Little Miss Loud fit this trope to a "T".

* Peter Boyd in ''WakingTheDead'' is surely one of the most obnoxious examples of the trope. Constant shouting is supposed to reinforce how mentally edgy the character is -- if the police harassment, property damage and general violence haven't tipped you off already. Might be a case of ChewingTheScenery gone badly wrong... especially in later episodes, when every other regular character follows suit. The fact that they're always interrupting each other makes it even more frustrating.

* Charlie in ''Series/ItsAlwaysSunnyInPhiladelphia''.
* Timmy Mallet made a career out of this trope, in his case to increase his image of wackiness. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it just deeply irritated everyone who saw him. This was illustrated rather nicely in an episode of ''{{Room 101}}'' where one prop was a "scale of children's TV presenters" with the zones "Loud", "Very Loud", "Obnoxious", and finally "Timmy Mallet".
* ''Series/DoctorWho''
** Tom Baker, who played the Fourth Doctor, is well-known for this. Off-screen he's even [[LargeHam hammier]].

** When [[OmnicidalManiac Davros]] removed the genes for emotions and conscience from the Daleks, he must have also removed the ones enabling them to speak quietly. As a consequence, the Daleks, even in casual conversation, scream every word out.

** Azal, in the Third Doctor serial "The Daemons". For once, the effect is ''awesome''. Partly justified by the fact that he's a 30-ft tall megalomaniac.
** The Tenth Doctor isn't immune to this trope; he does have an indoor voice, but he seems to forget this a lot.
** The Captain from "The Pirate Planet". Even the Doctor called him on that:
-->'''The Doctor:''' What do you want? You don't want to take over the universe, do you? No... you wouldn't know what to do with it, beyond shout at it.

'''Mr. Dove:''' YEAH THAT'S RIGHT DAVID! I'M VERY INTERESTED IN SHOUTING ALRIGHT! I THINK SHOUTING IS WONDERFUL!\\
'''David:''' What does your wife think about it?\\
'''Mrs. Dove:''' I AGREE WITH HIM!
* The writers of ''Series/AllThat'' apparently thought that if you couldn't think of a joke, just have a character act loud and obnoxious. Ms. Hushbaum in particular. The fact that she was a rather noisy librarian in addition to enforcing the rules by constantly screaming at the top of her lungs made her an example of HypocriticalHumor. Not to mention Billy Fucco.
* Dustin Hoffman in the TV movie version of ''Theatre/DeathOfASalesman''. He starts at about 7 or 8, cranks it up to 11 in the first five minutes and then never backs down a peg. It makes the whole play Dustin Hoffman SHOUTING AT THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS! YOU CAN'T EAT THE ORANGE AND THROW THE PEEL AWAY!!!! A MAN IS NOT A PIECE OF FRUIT!!!! It gets tiring.
* Anything played by Matt Berry ([[Series/TheITCrowd Douglas Reynholm]]. ''Series/GarthMarenghisDarkplace'', Dr. Lucian Sanchez. "WHAT?! AM I HOLDING A CROCK OF SHIT? IS THIS HOSPITAL CALLED 'ST. CROCK OF SHIT'?"
* FBI Agent Gordon Cole -- played by DavidLynch himself -- in ''TwinPeaks'' is deaf and yells nearly every line of dialogue. Combined with his {{Cloudcuckoolander}} personality, this makes for one odd character.
* Regis freakin' Philbin, especially on ''WhoWantsToBeAMillionaire''
* ''Series/TheYoungOnes'': Rick and Vyvyan shout constantly at the top of their lungs. The latter gets bonus points for already possessing the ''vox humana'' equivalent of broken glass in a wood chipper.

** One of Will Ferrell's recurring characters on was Jacob Silge, a correspondent on Weekend Update who suffered from "Voice Immodulation Syndrome", which caused him to speak in a uniformly loud voice.
** Inverted for laughs with the character "Man Without a Shout" played by JohnGoodman. A [[ShowWithinAShow fake television series]] where the main character feels so guilty of killing his friends by triggering an avalanche that he is incapable of anything higher than a hushed whisper. He constantly gets placed in situations where he is ''required'' to scream and fails to do so.

* Played for laughs with the Crazy Warehouse Guy on ''Series/TheChasersWarOnEverything''.
* Played for laughs on ''Series/ChappellesShow'', when Dave does his "Samuel Jackson Beer" sketch. He spends the entirety of it pretending to be Jackson and shouting his lines at people, which he acknowledges that he does.

'''Chappelle:''' NO, I CAN'T STOP YELLING, 'CAUSE THAT'S HOW I TALK! AIN'T YOU NEVER SEEN MY MOVIES? ''DEEP BLUE SEA''? THEY ATE ME! A F*** ING SHARK ATE ME! ''JURASSIC PARK''?
* Crazy Steve from ''Series/DrakeAndJosh''. Someone even once told him to use his indoor voice, and he continued shouting.
* ''{{Zoey 101}}'' had Coach Keller, who had few appearances but was always loud.
** At least once an episode of ''Zoey 101'', there will most likely be a sequence where the characters are obnoxiously shouting at each other, usually in the form of an argument.
* Just about everybody on ''Series/ICarly'' except for Freddie and Principal Franklin. Special mention goes to the cranky doorman Lewbert.
* ''Series/{{Victorious}}''
** Tori in the episode "Sleepover at Sikowitz's". "I AM A POLICE OFFICER!" And stuff like that.
** Andre's grandmother, too.
* Ty Pennington, on ''Series/ExtremeMakeoverHomeEdition''. Not only does the man usually forget he has an indoor voice, but the producers decided to give him a ''loud-hailer'', like police use in crowd control, as a gimmick.
* On ''Series/ParksAndRecreation'', Andy Samberg's head park ranger is pretty much always yelling, much to the annoyance of the staff.
-->'''"LESLIE, HAVE YOU SEEN ''Film/{{AVATAR}}''? I NEVER SAW ''AVATAR''. I WANTED TO READ THE BOOK FIRST, BUT THEN I REALIZED THERE'S NO BOOK VERSION OF ''AVATAR''."'''
* ''Series/MightyMorphinPowerRangers'' has Jason Lee Scott, the first Red Ranger. He was pretty loud most of the time out of suit, but morphed, he shouted ''everything''. The man was living evidence of why this trope works [[NarmCharm best]] mixed 1:1 with CaptainObvious.
* ''Mad Money'' host Jim Cramer.
* Jack [=McCoy=] on ''Franchise/LawAndOrder'', even during his version of "normal" speech. In the courtroom, he shouts for real. In the office, it's not always exactly shouting, but his normal speech is much more aggressive and loud than even the cops he works with; he sort of stays in "badgering" mode. Happens more in the later seasons before he's the D.A.
** [[DaChief Captain Cragen]] for most of his original run on the show. His actor started complaining about how many of his scenes just involved him yelling at his detectives, so his role was expanded in Season 3...right before ExecutiveMeddling forced the character to be PutOnABus. (Cragen would return for ''Series/LawAndOrderSpecialVictimsUnit'', where he's been much more mellow.)
* Dalton Rumba on ''Series/{{Glee}}''. Partially justified because he's deaf in one ear, but DAMN! '''SCARLET FEVER!!'''
* Jeremy Brett's performance as Series/SherlockHolmes features ample amounts of this trope; Holmes is prone of shifting from near-whisper to shouting his lungs out at a moment's notice, sometimes accompanied by complete ignorance of furniture or other obstacles as he skips to meet his newest client, or Watson with some new clue at hand.
* G4 TV's show ''That's Tough'' -- because you know things are tough when EVERY WORD OF THE NARRATOR IS DELIVERED LIKE A JERRY BRUCKHEIMER MOVIE TRAILER FILLED WITH EXPLOSIONS! ''THAT'S TOUGH!!!''
* ''{{X-Play}}'' comedy character CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY CRAAAAAAZY ADAM!!!
* Ms. Wolowitz in ''Series/TheBigBangTheory''.
* In ''eries/OnTheBuses'' it seems every character uses their outdoor voices all the time, especially when the family is at home. I love the series but you can get ear fatigue.
* HardGay is almost always shouting. [[LampshadeHanging Lampshaded]] in one episode when a clerk tells him to keep his voice down, and he responds, "NO VOLUME CONTROL, HOOO!"
* ''HorribleHistories'' invokes this at various times. Most notably with the "I'M A SHOUTY MAN!" sketches which crop up in various episodes. Other notable sketches include one from [=S1E5=] with Caligula "THINK YOU'RE BIGGER THAN ME?".
* ''SuperSentai'' has a string of Red Rangers who fell into this category starting from the early 2000s: Yousuke in ''[[NinpuuSentaiHurricaneger Hurricanger]]'', Ryoga in ''[[BakuryuuSentaiAbaranger Abaranger]]'', Ban in ''[[TokusouSentaiDekaranger Dekaranger]]'', Kai in ''[[MahouSentaiMagiranger Magiranger]]'', Jan in ''[[JukenSentaiGekiranger Gekiranger]]'', and Sousuke in ''Go-Onger''. Many of these can also be classified as {{Keet}}s as well. ''[[Series/KaizokuSentaiGokaiger Gokaiger]]'' avoided this trope for Gokai Red, but boy howdy did they ever bring it back for [[SixthRanger Gokai Silver]].
* The one rule of ''NationalBingoNight'': you need a loud commissioner that can pull off a good "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO~ BINGO!". Preferably Indian.
* Sometimes, this came from the announcer's booth on ''ThePriceIsRight''.
** When longtime announcer Rod Roddy fell ill in the early 2000s, Paul Boland (formerly of the 1998 revival of ''MatchGame'') did a week of guest announcing. The staff asked him to tone down his delivery; he refused, and never set foot in studio 33 again.
** Rod's successor, Rich Fields, started out with a reasonably pleasant voice, but quickly became much, ''much'' louder (not to mention increasingly high-pitched and shrill). His delivery of "Here it CAAAAAHMS! From the Bob Barker studio…" and "A NEW CAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!" in particular received MemeticMutation. And then there are the contestants...
* ''Series/WheelOfFortune'' is sometimes known for having very loud contestants. Host Pat Sajak likes to lampshade this by asking said contestants to "speak up".
* Skip Lackey when he hosted ''Series/ThinkFast''.
* Joel Godard, the announcer on ''LateNight'' during the ConanOBrien era. Just [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SykVp7ZMSRM listen]] to him shriek "CO-nan '''''O-BRIIIIII-YUUUUUUUUUHHN!!!!!'''''"
* Richard Karn during his hosting tenure on ''Series/FamilyFeud''. He would ''always'' yell "I'M DOUBLING/TRIPLING THE POINTS!!" at the start of the Double and Triple rounds, "TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS!" during Fast Money, and in general displayed an utter lack of indoor voice.
* One of Chyna's teachers in the ''AntFarm'' episode "sciANTs fair". Actually part of the plot, it turns out.
* Ken Kurenai from ''SuperRobotRedBaron'' tends to have a louder voice tone compared to everyone else.
* ''GhostAdventures''' Zak Bagans has a voice that may be capable of literally waking up the dead.
* Joe of ''Series/ImpracticalJokers'' does this in the very first White Castle challenge, screaming in the customer's face.
* Joe from Season 14 of ''BigBrother US'' shouts a ''lot'' in the diary room. This is lampshaded hilariously by his wife and children, first when his wife STARTS FAKE SHOUTING, and when all his children tells him to STOP SHOUTING!
** Dan Gheesling as well as Peter Brown from the Canadian version also shout a lot in the diary room.
* Ralph Kramden of ''TheHoneymooners'' does this a lot, usually when he [[HairTriggerTemper gets short-tempered enough, which happens a lot]].

* Heck, this is how professional wrestlers ''in general'' are depicted speaking. [[LampshadeHanging Lampshaded]] in ''Magazine/{{Mad}}'' Magazine's 1989 movie parody ''[[Film/{{Batman}} Battyman]]'', in which "Battyman" theorizes that "The Jerker" has such a wild voice because he watched too many wrestling shows as a kid.

* '''THE MASTER OF THE Wrestling/DungeonOfDoom, KING CURTIS IAUKEAAAAAAAA!!!!!! MYYYYYYY SONNNNNNN!'''

[[folder:PUPPET SHOWS!!!]]
* The Guy Smiley character from ''Series/SesameStreet'' has this problem. There is one skit where he's doing a news piece in the jungle and the guide is telling him to keep quiet so as not to scare the rare animals, and the third time he does it he says, "[[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A7m4whqRCJE WELL THIS IS AS QUIET AS I CAN TALK!]]"
* In the French satirical show ''Series/LesGuignolsDeLInfo'', the puppet caricaturing [=JoeyStarr=], a French [[GangstaRap rapper who had some trouble with justice]], always seems to be yelling angrily -- even when perfectly calm.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:SPORTS!!!]]
* While shouting from sports announcers is kept to when it's arguably appropriate, the amount of gratuitous shouting increases the further from the actual sporting event the "sports show" happens. Interviews with athletes outside of the game or official announcements become louder as the relevance of the questions decreases. "Sports chat" shows, generally consisting of a small group of men (and sometimes [[TheSmurfettePrinciple one female]]) talking about the statistical and business side of sports, are almost as bad as sports interviews. Sometimes [[VulgarHumor gratuitous harsh language]] is thrown into the mix, just for [[DarkerAndEdgier edginess]] or something.
* Anything on {{ESPN}}, especially the late-afternoon (East Coast) weekday programming block: ''Series/JimRomeIsBurning'', ''Series/AroundTheHorn'', and ''Series/PardonTheInterruption'' in immediate succession.
* Legitimate example of ''No'' Indoor Voice: Hall of Fame basketball announcer Dick Vitale. This is not so much a case of always shouting (although he does plenty of that, too) as just a case of having an unusually loud regular speaking voice.
* Paul Allen, the radio voice of the Minnesota Vikings. Probably best known for his BigNo during [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l_wfYAGosi4 this Tecmo-Bowl-recreated play]]
* Dick Bremer, television announcer for the Minnesota Twins, personifies this trope when anything interesting on the field is happening.
* Gus Johnson, a football and basketball announcer for Creator/{{CBS}} and the play-by-play announcer of ''[[VideoGame/MaddenNFL Madden NFL 11 and 12]]''. ** In the grim dark future of the 41st millennium, the people with the loudest voices hold the highest ranks. How else are the soldiers going to hear your orders across a noisy battlefield?
** Somewhere hidden deep within years of canon are the Shoutaboyz, orks with abnormally loud and carrying voices, who yell to comunicate between villages, [+++airplanes+++], '''[+++AND GARGANTS!!!!+++]'''
*** Orks in general. They love contributing as much noise as possible to the fight. Say it with me! '''WAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGHHH!'''
** The CRASSUS ARMOURED ASSAULT TRANSPORT meme, which originated from a copy-pasting of the titular AwesomePersonnelCarrier's name on the Forge World site, where it was written in all caps. Other posters continued referring to it as the [[LargeHamTitle CRASSUS ARMOURED ASSAULT TRANSPORT]] until it reached MemeticBadass status.
* In ''TabletopGame/{{Exalted}}'', Malfeas, the [[GeniusLoci Demon]] [[MalevolentArchitecture City]], has particular talents in ostentatiousness, force, and rulership. A common fan depiction has him spending his entire time with his volume turned up to about nineteen.
* ''TabletopGame/WerewolfTheApocalypse'' had Zhyzhak, the signature [[GoMadFromTheRevelation Black Spiral Dancer]]. Her little form of Wyrm-touched madness was an inability to control the volume of her voice, making the MOST MUNDANE ANNOUNCEMENTS sound like fevered ranting.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:VIDEO GAMES!!!]]
* ''VideoGame/{{Disgaea}}'': '''"Captain Gordon, Defender of Earth!"'''
* ''TalesSeries''
** From ''VideoGame/TalesOfTheAbyss'': Asch never seems to stop yelling whenever he talks to Luke.
-->'''Asch:''' DREEEEEEECK!!!
** And from ''VideoGame/TalesOfDestiny 2'', [[spoiler:as well as a BonusBoss in ''VideoGame/TalesOfVesperia'',]] the eternally angry Barbatos Goetia.
* In {{VideoGame/RuneScape}}, Yk'Lagor the [[MeaningfulName THUNDEROUS]].
* TV-Head Shout Guy (a.k.a. "The Director") from ''VideoGame/MondoMedicals''. "DO YOU KNOW WHAT A CANCER IS?" Made even WORSE by the fact that his spoken "language" sounds like the result of asking a really bad voice synthesizer to say "thjedhg!!2@#@." At maximum volume.
* Kratos from the ''VideoGame/GodOfWar'' series. Though he is a man of few words, when he actually speaks he does so in such a powerful, loud voice that all of Greece can probably hear him threatening the gods with bloody death. Then again, given the size of the opponents he fights (the Colossus of Rhodes, the Hydra, he's communicated on several occasions with Titans), maybe he's just trying to make sure they don't have to strain to hear him. Regardless, Kratos can out-shout even Leonidas any day. Must be something about those Spartans... Add to that his overly dramatic dialogue and inflection and it can sound almost cheesy.
-->"AAARRRREEEEEEEEEESSSSSS!"\\
"ATHENA?! YOU CONSPIRE AGAINST ME?!"\\
"'''[[ChewingTheScenery ZEUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUS!!!!!!!!]]'''"\\
"THE GODS LIED TO ME!!!"
* ''VideoGame/TeamFortress2'': "CRY SOME MORE!!!" "HEY BOYS IT'S A SPAH!" "THIS IS MY WORLD, YOU ARE NOT WELCOME IN MY WORLD!" "THAT'S THE WAY Y'DO IT!" "GO ON, RAGE QUIT, MAKE US BOTH HAPPY!" "I AM FULLY CHARGED!" "JAA-RATE!" The only class that doesn't yell is Spy since he's supposed to be stealthy. Pyro yells, but you can't understand a word anyway.
-->"'''[+++I AM BOOLITPROOOOOOOOOF+++]'''"
** Heck, even the Spy yells occasionally. Upon hit with [[UrineTrouble Jarate]]: "What is this...MON DIEU!" and "I HAVE BEEN SHOWN WHO IS THE BOSS!". Upon Dominating a Medic: Laughter really is the best medicine! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!
* In ''[[VideoGame/FirstEncounterAssaultRecon F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin]]'', Colonel Richard Vanek ''does not'' talk quietly. Even when he's talking in a "normal" tone, he's practically yelling at the top of his lungs. This is typically punctuated by [[ClusterFBomb lots of swearing]].
* Some demons in ''Franchise/ShinMegamiTensei'' games speak in all caps when they speak.
* ''VideoGame/BlazBlue'' is a WorldOfHam, so this is going to be present, but three characters stand out.
** Hakumen tends to be overly dramatic quite often. One has to wonder if he picked it up from [[spoiler:Tsubaki]]...
** [[HighlyVisibleNinja Bang Shishigami gives the appearance that he doesn't have a volume setting lower than 11, as the quotes below will demonstrate (oddly enough,]] [[RefugeInAudacity it works for him]]).
-->"''Instant Ninpo! Critical Super Crash! Hurricane Bang Kick! To rid this world of evil, I will become... the HAMMER OF JUSTICE!''"
** Makoto Nanaya can be quite loud when she's enthusiastic, but it's when she ''quiets down'' that [[NiceGal you need to consider]] [[BewareTheNiceOnes your relationship with her]].
* Captain Cid in ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyX'' has just two kinds of speaking: Shouting and yelling.
* Also Fujin from ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyVIII''. She speaks explicitly in ALL CAPS. And [[TerseTalker few words]]. For example, rather than ask "Where is Ellone?" she says "ELLONE. WHERE?" It was actually meant to translate the fact that in the original Japanese version, her speech is entirely in Sino-Japanese ideographs (i.e. no phonetic hiragana/katakana ''at all'', which is very unusual for ordinary Japanese speech and writing).
* Doctor N. Gin in the Radical Entertainment ''Franchise/CrashBandicoot'' games. That is all.
-->"Still... no... SLIPPERS?!?!"\\
"THANK YOU AGAIN!!! Hotter than the first!!"\\
"NOT MY THROAT!! I need that for swallowing!! GUARDS!!"
* ''VideoGame/BlueDragon'' gives us Marumaro, whose combination of no volume control, screeching virtually all of the time, and a oddly disturbing crush on Zola makes him TheScrappy to many fans. And even if he's not, they usually agree on his voice.
** Luckily averted in [[TheAnimeOfTheGame the English dub of the anime]], in which he has a much more tolerable voice provided by [[Franchise/{{Digimon}} the same man behind Gomamon]].
* ''VideoGame/{{Fallout}}''
** ''VideoGame/{{Fallout 3}}'': Let's just say that the [[PlayerCharacter Lone Wanderer]] shouldn't even try to sneak when Fawkes is around. He has more control over his voice when out of combat, though.
** The ''VideoGame/FalloutNewVegas'' DLC ''Old World Blues'' brings us DOCTOR KLEIN, HEAD OF THE BIG MOUNTAIN THINK TANK. BUT IT'S NOT HIS FAULT; [[SubvertedTrope SOMEONE MESSED WITH HIS VOLUME KNOB]]. Dr. Borous is this even moreso since BoldINFLATION seems to be his natural way of talking.
** [[DrillSergeantNasty Sergeant Dornan]] from ''VideoGame/{{Fallout2}}''.
* ''VideoGame/PokemonMysteryDungeon''
** THIS is LOUDRED'S {{Verbal TIC}}. He ALTERNATES between SCREAMING ALL THE TIME and JUST emphasizing random WORDS. OH, and the FLAT OUT SCREAMING tends to HAPPEN when he WAKES YOU UP EVERY MORNING.
** Palkia LIKES TO TALK IN ALL CAPS IN A COMPLETELY SERIOUS, ANGRY, ENRAGED, IMPATIENT TONE. ALL THE TIME. HE TALKS MORE LOUDLY MORE OFTEN THAN '''LOUDRED'''!!! DIALGA DOES TOO, BUT HE HAS LESS DIALOGUE THAN '''''PALKIA'''''!!! IN CASE YOU HADN'T FIGURED IT OUT, PALKIA AND DIALGA HAVE '''LOUD, BOOMING VOICES'''. AND DIALGA HAS RANDOM ROARS IN THE MIDDLE OF HIS DIALOGUE.
*** They're also mildly Eldritch gods of space and time. This is probably their idea of a whisper because their real voice would make black holes start exploding around them or something.
** Magnemite also has no indoor voice, which may be justified because they're rather machine-like.
*** Likewise, all of the inorganic Pokemon like Klink, Golett, and Cryogonal speak in this fashion in ''VideoGame/PokemonMysteryDungeonGatesToInfinity''.
* ''VideoGame/WorldOfWarcraft''
** Inverted with boss dialogues which are shown as "X yells Y," yet the actual audio files are (generally) spoken at a normal level.
** Played straight just as often, however, with many bosses and [=NPCs=] relentlessly roaring their dialogue at the top of their lungs.
-->''"AAARRRTHAAASSS!"''
* In ''JustForFun/PokemonVietnameseCrystal'', a poorly translated bootleg of ''[[VideoGame/PokemonGoldAndSilver Pokemon Crystal Version]]'',every single piece of text is in ALL CAPS. This makes it look like [[WorldOfHam everyone in the whole game has no indoor voice]], and it makes every bit of strange, convoluted dialogue look like a [[TalkativeLoon hammy rant]].
* Princess Daisy from ''VideoGame/SuperMarioBros'' gradually got louder as games went on, getting particularly loud in games such as Mario Party 8. And [[MostAnnoyingSound irritating.]]
* EVERY CHARACTER IN ''VideoGame/{{CHRONO CROSS}}'' HAS A PERSONAL {{VERBAL TIC}}. ZOAH'S IS TO SPEAK IN ALL CAPS ALL THE TIME LIKE THIS AND FANS TEND TO INTERPRET IT AS HIM YELLING CONSTANTLY.
* Steven from ''VideoGame/DeadRising'' would like to remind you all that [++'''''THIS IS HIS STOOOOORE!'''''++].
* In the Telltale ''VideoGame/SamAndMaxFreelancePolice'' games, Bluster Blaster of the C.O.P.S. shouts all of his dialogue in a manner resembling {{Sinistar}} [[spoiler:(except in Episode 203: Night of the Raving Dead, where an accident has considerably quieted him)]].
* Ishut, protagonist of ''VideoGame/GloriaUnion'', is like this; he's ''very'' enthusiastic and has the maturity level of a six-year-old. His allies (and even [[HiroShimono his voice actor]]!) find it extremely annoying. The Japanese fanbase has declared him a FountainOfMemes.
* ''VideoGame/PlanescapeTorment'' has Coaxmetal, a geant golem (sadly not voiced) that speaks in all-caps. It pales however in comparison with [[spoiler: The Transcendent One]], voiced by TonyJay [[LargeHam at]] [[BadassBaritone his]] [[EvilSoundsDeep very]] [[BadassBoast best]]. All of it lines are also in all-caps.
--> [[spoiler: '''The Transcendent One''': "I CAN FORGE PLANES WITH MY POWER. I CAN UNMAKE YOU."]]
* In ''VideoGame/PrinceOfPersiaTheSandsOfTime'', we have the British soldier guy who is yelling to the character across a room on how to complete a puzzle involving moon segments and rotating platforms. He constantly yells things like "THAT'S IT!" and "ONE MORE TO GO!"
* ''VideoGame/NeverwinterNights2'': Male, Brooding Dark Hero. His volume range goes from Loud to Really Really Loud. Hell, even his ''call to the group to be quiet'' is loud!
* Messenger Sparks from ''VideoGame/ArmedAndDangerous''. This is either a cause or an effect of his near-deafness, which leads to HilarityEnsues when he's forced to conduct negotiations between the EvilOverlord and the noble bandits who have 'kidnapped' his son.
* Asura from ''AsurasWrath'', even more so than Kratos.
-->"I, remember now. You Bastards! '''AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH'''!"
* In ''VideoGame/GhostTrick'', one of the major characters is an [[BackFromTheDead occasionally-deceased]] [[CuteButCacophonic Pomeranian]] named Missile. He often gets '''A LITTLE OVEREXCITED!!!''' and starts speaking in giant text.
* Four words: "[[VideoGame/SuperSmashBros SUPER SMASH BROTHERS MEEEEELEEEEEE!!!!!!"]]
* [[TestosteronePoisoning MR. TORGUE]] from ''VideoGame/{{Borderlands 2}}'' never does ANYTHING by half-measures, and APPARENTLY that includes TALKING!
* THE OFFICIAL [[BloodCrusher2 BLOODCRUSHER II]] DEVELOPMENT TWITTER ACCOUNT IS ALL CAPS, ALL THE TIME.
* The ''VideoGame/RealityOnTheNorm'' series has Mr. Namyah, the SadistTeacher of P.E. His sole mode of speech is cartoonishly screaming his lungs out in all caps, no matter what the situation.
* In the entirety of ''TabletopGame/{{Warhammer 40000}}'' media--games, books, everything--the orks are characterized as loud, boisterous {{Blood Knight}}s with No Indoor Voice. Warboss Grimskull of ''VideoGame/Warhammer40000Spacemarine'' is of course the same...with one exception. He's thrown down a BottomlessPit with a bunch of daemons, only to return a few minutes later with the ''only'' quiet line from an ork in Warhammer history.
-->'''Grimskull:''' [[CrowningMomentOfAwesome I ain't so easy to kill]].

[[folder:VISUAL NOVELS!!!]]
* ''VisualNovel/AceAttorney''
** ''VisualNovel/ApolloJusticeAceAttorney'''s title protagonist is notable in-universe for his loud voice. Kinda lampshaded in Case 1, where he mentions his daily "Chords of Steel" training.
** And from the first game, Officer Mike Meekins, who sometimes ''SHOUTS INTO HIS MEGAPHONE'' TO GET HIS POINT ACROSS with accompanying "feedback" sound effect.
** [[spoiler:When we see him without the megaphone in ''Investigations'' he's a little more subdued.]]
* Misha of ''VisualNovel/KatawaShoujo''. Generally seen translating for the deaf-mute Shizune (to and from sign language, in case you were wondering). The game's set in a school for the disabled, so some fans think Misha's partially deaf.
** Shizune's father Jigoro also has a tendency to speak very loudly, but this is simply because he is rude and seemingly in a perpetual bad mood. Things get humorous when he gets into an argument (read:epic shouting match) with Misha...
[[/folder]]

[[folder:WEB ANIMATION!!!]]
* ''WebAnimation/HomestarRunner''
** Strong Mad. Strong Bad lampshades this at one point in the [=SBEmail=] "The Facts" by asking him to keep it down, to which Strong Mad replies, "I CAN BE THE QUIETEST MOUSE. I LIVE IN THE QUIETEST HOUSE!". "No Volume Control" indeed!
** Also Crack Stuntman. Oddly, the character he voices doesn't have that problem.
* Caboose misses the point of an argument between Church and Wash in ''Machinima/RedVsBlue'':
-->'''Church:''' Why didn't you tell me that it was taking technology from the Freelancers?\\
'''Wash:''' Why didn't ''you'' tell me that Wyoming was on the ship?\\
'''Caboose:''' And why didn't someone give me something to yell about?
[[/folder]]

[[folder:WEB COMICS!!!]]
* T-Rex from ''Webcomic/DinosaurComics'' talks loudly all the time. The series [[LampshadeHanging lampshades]] this, when T-Rex claims that "If we were indoors right now, I'm pretty sure I'd just be as loud and proud as ever." He then proceeds to rebel against the concept of the indoor voice, but notes "[[http://www.qwantz.com/archive/000585.html the revolution has ended due to lack of interest!]]"
* ''Webcomic/TheOrderOfTheStick''

* ''Webcomic/LookingForGroup'' has Tim, a none-too-bright troll who at one point uses '''"DIS MY INSIDE VOICE"''' as a warcry. That may have also been his internal monologue.
* Philia, Phobia's sparring partner from her Amazon days, in ''Webcomic/GastroPhobia''.
-->'''Philia:''' '''AND ANOTHER THING, WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH PHILOSOPHERS?'''\\
'''Klepto:''' ''(whispering)'' Was she, uh, always this... loud?\\
'''Phobia:''' ''(whispering)'' Yeah, I must've had a '''much''' higher tolerance for whining as a teenager.
* ''Webcomic/QuestionableContent''
** [[CuteButCacophonic Yelling Bird]]. Can even veer into MakeMeWannaShout.
** Also, the Deathbot 9000 from #642. Dora very nearly describes him with the exact name of this trope in the following strip.
* Jolly the Giant from ''Webcomic/TheInexplicableAdventuresOfBob'' always speaks in giant letters. [[http://bobadventures.comicgenesis.com/d/20100605.html Even when she's whispering.]]
* ''Webcomic/AtomicLaundromat'': Something of a liability when you have [[http://www.atomiclaundromat.com/2010/08/11/indoor-voice/ sonic powers]].
* ''Webcomic/{{Homestuck}}''
** Karkat isn't the only troll who incorporates at least some all caps text in his chats and speech, but he's the one who best plays this trope straight.
** Equius is assumed to often fall within this trope, even though he uses all caps sparingly.
** If ''Homestuck'' partially defines this trope as a character who types or speaks in some variant of all caps, then Tavros and Terezi subvert it. [[spoiler: AxCrazy Gamzee]] falls within this trope [[spoiler: half the time.]] The WV, the AR, and other Exiles speak like this in the kids' and trolls' heads at times.
** Meulin, justified in that she's deaf.
* At one point in ''Webcomic/DubiousCompany'' the cast is BroughtDownToNormal. It takes a while for [[CatGirl Tiren]] to catch on.
-->'''Tiren:''' I'M NOT YELLING, YOU'RE WHISPERING!\\
'''Walter:''' Check your ears!\\
'''Tiren:''' ''(feels human ears)'' GODS, I HATE THIS PLACE!
* In ''Webcomic/CityFace'', Crows only ever speak (or write) in all-caps.
* Simius in ''Webcomic/KeepingThePeace'' has a tendency to yell when excited while making Stalix cringe.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:WEB ORIGINAL!!!]]
* Marcus of ''{{Mega 64}}'' is always yelling. Once when asked to be quiet, he said that "THIS IS AS QUIET AS I GET! I CAN GO LOUDER IF YOU WANT!" In a weird twist, Marcus only lowers his voice when he is extremely angry.
* ''[[http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/527807 John of War]]'' plays it for laughs.
* ''Team Fortress 2'' player [=ChoZo=] combines this with ClusterFBomb and {{MANLINESS}} as [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sfCiOzL7cYs his schtick.]]
* LetsPlay/{{azuritereaction}}, a popular Let's Player, often lacks an indoor voice and loves to shout and rage in his videos.
* Glorion of ''WebVideo/JourneyQuest'' tends to lose his indoor voice whenever he's excited, which is most of the time.
* HEEEYYY YAAALLL!!! IT'S BIG FAT BLUBLEUHBLEUHBLEUHBLEHU [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CQH_G6XRuE REVEREND BURN HERE AGAIN!!!!]]
* ''LoadingReadyRun'' has [[http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/view/loadingreadyrun/1697-Split-Decision this sketch]] about a man who literally cannot turn off his announcer voice.
* Larry of ''NitroGameInjection'' is, according to himself, "a very loud black man." Even when he does try to be quiet, he's loud.
* [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xgzgUqO41ps&list=UUawNAbFL1fBlxCeXRsoo-xw&index=5&feature=plcp Yaplap]]
* Chris "Rowdy C" Moore from ''WebVideo/TVTrash''. When he is especially angry, it is recommended that you turn down your computer's volume.
* [[LetsPlay/{{Chuggaaconroy}} Two out of]] [[LetsPlay/ProtonJon the three]] [[LetsPlay/TheRunawayGuys Runaway Guys]] are notoriously loud. [[LetsPlay/NintendoCapriSun The third]] [[TheQuietOne is... not.]]
** NintendoCapriSun can be quite loud himself. Later videos have shown him to be just as loud as Proton Jon and Chugga. One time, The Runaway Guys were so loud, they actually woke up a woman in the hotel they were staying in.
* ''WebVideo/TheNostalgiaCritic'' can be quite loud at times. As with the other members of Team TGWTG.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:WESTERN ANIMATION!!!]]
* ''WesternAnimation/{{Histeria}}'' has a character called Loud Kiddington (depicted as page image), whose name should be self-explanatory.
* ''WesternAnimation/TwoStupidDogs''
** The character Hollywood's catchphrase was "Isn't that cute?... But it's '''WROOOOONNNNGGGG!!'''", which was always delivered over the top no matter how minor the matter was. (When he wasn't shouting, his voice wasn't particularly loud, but it still ''felt'' loud with a sort of gruff, obnoxious quality.)
** And don't forget Little Red Riding Hood, whose voice seemed to randomly fluctuate between what would be expected of a little girl and a yell with an almost foghorn-like quality.
* The king of constant yelling, [[WesternAnimation/LooneyTunes Yosemite Sam]], has a voice so loud and boisterous that it eventually took a huge toll on MelBlanc's voice. (Sam also liked to punctuate his sentences by firing off one or more of the loaded pistols he kept about his person. In case you've only seen guns on television, they are VERY LOUD when they go off in real life.)
-->'''Bugs:''' ''(impersonating Theodore Roosevelt)'' I speak softly, but I carry a BIIIIIG STICK!\\
'''Sam:''' ''OH YEAH?'' WELL, I SPEAK '''LOOOOUUUUUDDD!''' AND I CARRY A '''''BIIIIIIIIIGGER STICK!'''''
* TexAvery's MGM short ''Rock-a-bye Bear'' has Spike the Bulldog hired as a winter caretaker for a hibernating bear who keeps demanding quiet in the [[HypocriticalHumor loudest voice imaginable]].
* ''WesternAnimation/AdventuresOfSonicTheHedgehog'': [[LargeHam Dr. Ivo Robotnik]] is this trope '''''personified.'''''
* ''WesternAnimation/FamilyGuy'':
** Ollie combines this trope with BeigeProse to get the point across...
-->'''Tom:''' And now we go to Ollie Williams with the Blaccuweather Forecast. Ollie?\\

'''Tom:''' Sounds rough, Ollie. Do you have an umbrella?\\

'''Tom:''' Is there anything we can do for you?\\
'''Ollie:''' ''BRING ME SOME SOUP!''\\
'''Tom:''' What kind?\\
'''Ollie:''' ''CHUNKY!''\\
'''Tom:''' All right, we'll get on that.

'''Ollie:''' ''STEWIE KILLED LOIS!''\\
'''Tom Tucker:''' Then what?\\

'''Tom Tucker:''' Then what?\\
'''Ollie:''' ''PETER WENT TO COURT!''\\
'''Tom Tucker:''' Then what?\\
'''Ollie:''' ''LOIS CAME BACK!''\\
'''Tom Tucker:''' How?\\
'''Ollie:''' ''WASN'T REALLY DEAD!''\\
'''Tom Tucker:''' Thanks Ollie, and now part two!

-->'''Tucker:''' The student was sentenced to 200 hours' community service and is a ''very. bad boy.'' We now go to Ollie Williams for the Punishment Forecast. Ollie?\\
'''Ollie:''' ''HE GON' GET IT!''
** When marijuana is legalized in Quahog and the entire population is perpetually stoned, he finally speaks at a normal indoor voice.
-->'''Tucker:''' How's the weather, Ollie?\\
'''Ollie:''' Ain't too bad.
** And then there's ''[[BastardBoyfriend Jeff]]''. His voice is so loud and irritating.
** Also, [[HandicappedBadass Joe Swanson]] [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQQf6x7uY3c isn't necessarily the quietest person in Quahog, either.]]
* Binky the Clown from ''WesternAnimation/GarfieldAndFriends''. ''"HEEEEEEY KIDS!"''
** This became a series of segments called "Screaming with Binky", where Binky disturbs someone who is doing an activity that requires concentration, like building a sand castle or making pizza.
* ''WesternAnimation/TheSimpsons''
** Parodied in one episode where Homer is mad about something and is yelling. Marge tells him to use his indoor voice, and he replies "''I DON'T HAVE AN INDOOR VOICE!''"
** Parodied again in another: everyone is complaining increasingly loudly about how [[CorruptCorporateExecutive Mr. Burns]] is ruining their lives, to the point where Marge screams, "HE'S CAUSING US ALL TO YELL!" Maggie, being TheVoiceless, just sucks her pacifier harder than usual.
* ''WesternAnimation/DoraTheExplorer''. YES, we can see the bridge! Aaahh!
* Lampshaded in the Band Geeks episode of ''WesternAnimation/SpongeBobSquarePants'', Squidward mentions that "Being loud makes you sound smart" in response to the mediocre quality of the band he is in (which Plankton backs up by shouting ''"CORRECT!"''). Squidward then goes on to suggest that if the band plays really, ''really'' loudly, people will think they're good. Of course, it backfires....
* ''WesternAnimation/YoohooAndFriends''
** Chewoo who yells at the top of her voice when there's danger and the others are trying not to be seen.
* ''WesternAnimation/TheVentureBrothers''
** [[LargeHam Doctor Byron Orpheus]] constantly shouts over a blaring, overly dramatic soundtrack.
-->'''Orpheus:''' Do not be too hasty in entering that [bath]room, I had '''''TACO BELL for lunch!'''''
** Also, the Grand Galactic Inquisitor shouts everything over its built-in loudspeaker, then shouts, "IGNORE ME!" if someone responds.
* ''The Man Who Yelled'', from the Mo Willems short film of the same name.
* The Red Guy from ''WesternAnimation/CowAndChicken'' randomly turns this on and off. The rest of the characters lack inside voices altogether.
* [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XBFMKpqtNi0 Behold!]] '''Mighty''' Thor '''rejects''' the notion of an '''Indoor Voice!'''
** Surprising that he doesn't burst Jane's eardrums when they embrace:
--> '''Thor:''' ''TILL THE UNIVERSE CRUMBLES'', '''''MY HEART IS EVER [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=9u4ZPMqGyv8#t=968s THINE!]]'''''
* The cast of ''WesternAnimation/FostersHomeForImaginaryFriends'' can be easily divided between those who do have an indoor voice (Mac, Herriman, Wilt) and those who don't (Bloo, Cheese, Eduardo, Coco).
* One could say Dil, of ''WesternAnimation/StickinAround'' has No Indoor Voice, if his voice wasn't ridiculously loud for being Outdoors as well.
-->'''Dil:'''HOLY MACKEREL!
* Dr. Weird on ''WesternAnimation/AquaTeenHungerForce''. GENTLEMEN, BEHOLD!!
* In the ''WesternAnimation/{{Daria}}'' episode "Fair Enough", Quinn's role in a school play causes her little worry until Sandi comments on the "unusual inflections" in the way Quinn says her lines. This gets under Quinn's skin. A later resultant line is spoken with emphasis on ''every'' word: "I ''will'' make a ''dainty'' gar''land'' for my ''head'' and ''sing!'' Laa, la la LAH!..."
* ''WesternAnimation/HarveyBirdmanAttorneyAtLaw''
** Phil Ken Sebben is a more than a little guilty. ''"I'M SORRY I CAN'T HEAR YOU, I DON'T KNOW IF YOU NOTICED BUT I'VE GOT JUST THE'' '''''[[EyepatchOfPower ONE EYE!]]"'''''
** Shado the Brain Thief takes this trope to its logical conclusion. Not only does he have no indoor voice, he has no indoor ''thoughts''. Literally every thought he thinks is broadcast into the minds of everyone nearby at a deafening volume. A custodian takes a broom to a nearby PA speaker in an attempt to silence the noise.
* On ''WesternAnimation/TheFairlyOddParents'', this applies to a lot of characters, including Timmy, Cosmo, Vicky, and Crocker.
* Zim from ''WesternAnimation/InvaderZim'' shouts almost every sentence.
** And that's just his regular speaking voice. When the [[LargeHam ham]] turns on, he gets ''louder''.
* ''WesternAnimation/{{Metalocalypse}}''
** Nathan Explosion speaks with a [[GutturalGrowler death metal growl]] all the time.
** And Dr. Rockso the Rock n' Roll clown yells constantly, too. [[http://video.adultswim.com/metalocalypse/rockzo-on-top-of-the-world.html Though there's a reason for that.]] He likes to remind everyone (and squirrels) that HE DOES COCAINE! A LOT OF COCAINE!
* ''WesternAnimation/KimPossible''
** Professor Dementor
** Dr. Drakken fits this trope at times.
** Don't forget Mr. Barkin, who, like Joe from ''WesternAnimation/FamilyGuy'', is also voiced by PatrickWarbutron.
* ''WesternAnimation/JohnnyTest''. It seems with every passing season, the characters yell more frequently. Sometimes, the screen even shakes and and the ground rumbles when they yell.
* Candace and Dr. Doofenshmirtz from ''WesternAnimation/PhineasAndFerb''.
* Eddy and Sarah from ''WesternAnimation/EdEddNEddy''
** Rolf sometimes falls into this.
* Dee Dee from ''WesternAnimation/DextersLaboratory''
* ''WesternAnimation/TheBrakShow'' has [[SuperRobot Thundercleese]], who pretty much shouts all the time, as well as Rhonda of the Seventh Level of Yar:
-->'''Mom:''' Well, Rhonda, I think the table is quite squared away--\\
'''Rhonda of the Seventh Level of Yar:''' I AM RHONDA, OF THE SEVENTH LEVEL OF YAR!\\
'''Mom:''' Yes, [[DepartmentOfRedundancyDepartment you've mentioned that quite a few times.]] Is there anything I can do to help in the kitchen?\\
'''Rhonda of the Seventh Level of Yar:''' NO! THE FOOD HAS BEEN ARRANGED!\\
'''Mom:''' Well then, I suppose we should join the boys in--\\
'''Rhonda of the Seventh Level of Yar:''' THE DAY OF JUDGMENT IS AT HAND!\\
'''Mom:''' Um, alright, if you say so--\\
'''Rhonda of the Seventh Level of Yar:''' YOU WILL BE JUDGED! SO SAYETH THE SCRIBES OF YAR!\\
'''Mom:''' You know Rhonda, I'm not even sure if I know where "Yar" is.\\
'''Rhonda of the Seventh Level of Yar:''' YOU'LL FIND OUT... WHEN YOUR SOUL IS BELCHED FORTH AND DEVOURED UPON THE SHORE OF THE RIVER OF HEADS!\\
'''Mom:''' Oh dear.\\
'''Rhonda of the Seventh Level of Yar:''' THE RIVER OF HEADS IS IN YAR! THIS I CAN ASSURE YOU! AH HA HA HA HA HA!
* ''WesternAnimation/{{Duckman}}''. One example from an episode where Duckman was going through hallucinations of alternate realities:
-->'''Alternate Duckman:''' I AM NOT FROM ANY UNIVERSE IN PARTICULAR BUT WHERE I COME FROM EVERYONE TALKS LIKE THIS!!
* ''WesternAnimation/{{Futurama}}''
** News anchor Morbo, of course. MORBO MOCKS YOUR PUNY TROPES PAGE! IT WILL BE DESTROYED IN THE UPCOMING INVASION! Now Linda with entertainment.
** And of course Lrr, RULER OF OMICRON-PERSEI EIGHT!
** Both voiced by MauriceLaMarche, of course.
* From ''TheDoverBoys'', we have Dan Backslide ([[InsistentTerminology coward-bully-cad-and-thief]]).
-->'''Dan Backslide:''' [[IncomingHam CONFOUND]] [[LargeHam THOSE DOVER BOYS!]] DRIVE ME TO [[INeedAFreakingDrink DRINK!!!]]\\
''A runabout!'' I'll '''STEAL IT!''' '''''NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW!!!!'''''
* Princess Luna from ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic'', as part of an outdated royal protocol, speaks in a deep, booming voice meant to "impress". It doesn't exactly go over well with the citizens of Ponyville. It ''really'' doesn't help that it's the same way she spoke when she was [[EvilCounterpart Nightmare Moon]].
-->'''Luna:''' But this is the traditional royal Canterlot voice! It is tradition to speak using the RoyalWe, and to use '''''THIS MUCH VOLUME WHEN ADDRESSING OUR SUBJECTS.'''''
** And don't forget [[FanNickname Snowflake]] from [[Recap/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagicS2E22HurricaneFluttershy Hurricane Fluttershy]].
--> '''Snowflake:''' YEAH!!!
* In ''WesternAnimation/KungFuPandaLegendsOfAwesomeness'', Temutai has this habit which matches his LargeAndInCharge presence.
* In ''WesternAnimation/AdventureTime'', Lemongrab seems to have a problem with this. He's almost always shouting or talking extremely loudly. Whether he's aware of this is unclear, as his voice is naturally high-pitched and shrill, and he's almost always angry. "IF ANYONE NEEDS ME I'LL BE TAKING A NAP!!!"
* Benson from ''WesternAnimation/RegularShow''. He actually deafens [[spoiler:Mordecai and Rigby]] one time.
* ''WesternAnimation/RobotChicken''
** The "Fruity Fables" short depicts God as this.
-->'''God:''' '''BARRY! YOU MUST CONTINUE TEACHING SEX EDUCATION.'''\\
'''Barry:''' But God, Arthur says Sex Ed is evil!\\
'''God:''' '''ARTHUR CAN EAT MY ASS.'''
** The Spartans in the ''Film/ThreeHundred'' spoof:
-->'''Spartan:''' [[PunctuatedForEmphasis THIS IS DECAF]]!\\
'''Spartan:''' [[TwoAndAHalfMen THIS ISN'T FUNNY]]!\\
'''Spartan:''' THIS IS MARTHA!\\
'''Spartan:''' THIS IS SCRUMPTIOUS!
* ''WesternAnimation/DanVs'': Dan seems to have a need to shout whenever given a chance to.
* ''Every single character'' on ''JohnnyTest''.
* Coach Buzzcut on ''WesternAnimation/BeavisAndButthead'', as he is a former US Marines drill sergeant.
* Iago in ''Disney/{{Aladdin}}''. Unsurprising, as he's voiced by Gilbert Gottfried, who does the same thing in his stand-up shtick.
* Most characters from ''SpongebobSquarepants'' get like this whenever they get ''really'' mad.
* Lawson on ''WesternAnimation/{{Recess}}''
* Manly Dan from ''WesternAnimation/GravityFalls'' only delivers his dialogue in the form of a manly yell.
* LEMME TELL YA' SOMETHIN', TV TROPES!! IF YOU DON'T PUT RATH FROM ''WesternAnimation/Ben10'' 1 MORE TIME, [[FirstPersonPerson RATH]] WILL BEAT YOU UP FOR SURE!!
[[/folder]]

[[folder:REAL LIFE!!!]]
* Little kids. In Pre-school through elementary school, kids are usually taught to use their indoor voices.
* It's very common for people with autism to speak MUCH louder than necessary. Because of their lack of social saviness, they may not realize they are unintentionally ''shouting'' until this is pointed out to them.
* Drill Sergeants in general.
** Many [=DIs=] are actually fairly quiet when they're not "on", but it's pretty much a prerequisite for the job that you have the ''capability'' to embody this trope.
* [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1VLsRbDU37w&list=FLkrqgbDOqRl-O-bon2lW2Bw&index=58&feature=plpp_video Hans Bauge]], a popular norwegian TV-debater in the 1990s.
* Justin Roiland.
* {{BRIAN BLESSED}} IS THIS TROPE
** "[Marcus Brigstocke's] friend once told him if they're not laughing it's not comedy. Well, either that or you're just not '''SPEAKING LOUDLY ENOUGH!!!'''"
