* Bram Stoker's ''{{Dracula}}'' is practically the TropeMaker for this. It has been [[AdaptationDistillation interpreted in]] [[AdaptationDecay many different ways]] over the years, but the vampire as seducer and bringer of pleasure practically begins here.
** The common image of Dracula as a [[EvilIsSexy sexy monster]] comes more from various movie adaptations than from the original book.
** Dracula in the novel is a thinly veiled analogy for a dangerous, predatory (and - gasp! - foreign) man who ruins pure, innocent English girls, so even though he is not explicitly portrayed as "sexy," the parallel with seduction is enough for readers to draw the obvious conclusion.

* In ''KamenRiderKiva'' (Kivala's CanonForeigner source material), [[OurVampiresAreDifferent Fangires]] drain LifeEnergy from humans using energy "fangs" that appear in mid-air and stab into the victim's neck/shoulder region. Being drained causes one to turn translucent like glass, and in some cases the victim actually becomes as fragile as glass, shattering with a simple touch.
** In the same series, protagonist Wataru transforms into Kiva by having Kivat the 3rd (Kivara's older brother) bite him, which infuses him with incredible power. The same is done by Dark Kiva [[spoiler:which instead uses Kivat's father Kivat the 2nd, and is significantly more powerful - so much so that normal humans like Wataru's father shorten their own lifespans if they use it.]]

* Although it's not even close to a 'kiss', when the Wraith of {{Stargate Atlantis}} feed on a person, the person drifts into this expression. It's hinted that the body experiences a sensory overload so they're not killed instantly.

* VampYou, the vmapire porn site, relies on this trope a ton, especially when it combines turning scenes, and sex scenes.

* Pictured above is Moka Akashiya of ''RosarioToVampire'', who gives one of these almost every chapter early on (with a distinctive "kapuchuu~" in the AnimatedAdaptation, personified as a kiss), followed by Tsukune Aono not particularly enjoying getting his blood drained. However, he's not particularly harmed either: after the first time, he still has enough energy to run around in a panic.

* ''TheDresdenFiles'' explicitly describes vampire saliva as a highly addictive narcotic. So addictive, in fact, that Harry, just ''remembering'' what it was like to be under the influence, starts drifting into the euphoria state on the spot.
** This seems to be restricted to the Red Court vampires, though nothing has been said about the bite of the Black Court vampires.
** White Court vampires don't feed on blood. They feed on emotions, and if they victimize someone who is genuinely in love, it burns them.
** In the interests of clarity:
*** The Red Court of vampires, which are kinda-sorta Stoker's vampires, have a potent narcotic in their saliva. One victim, IIRC, was said to enjoy it on a sexual level. They are actually batlike monsters that wear illusory disguises that look like their previous human forms.
*** The White Court, being [[HornyDevils incubi and succubi]], typically drain emotions from their victims; the most famous house of them does so during insanely good sex, while others use fear and horror, or despair and grief. They look like incredibly beautiful, if pale, humans.
*** The Black Court are Dracula-style vampires, but now on the decline after Stoker published his book to publicize the methods available of killing these bastards. They look (and smell) like decaying corpses and lack fangs, instead using blunt human teeth to tear into a victim. They generally prevent their victims from struggling either by holding them down with inhuman strength, but they are also capable of a type of mind control (which destroys the victim's sanity, leaving them either a mindless slave or a homicidal berserker).
*** The Jade Court has only been vaguely referred to thus far, but we can guess from the context that they are [[ChineseVampire jiang-shi]].

* Vampire bites in Moore's ''Bloodsucking Fiends'' aren't particularly painful and heal quickly, thanks to a minor healing agent in their saliva (which Tommy then attempts to convince Jody [[MundaneUtility to use on his stubbed toe]], with very little success). If the vampire is clever enough, they can even feed without the victim noticing at all -- Tommy assumed that Jody was giving him a hickey until she pointed out the blood on her teeth and flat out ''told'' him what she was doing.

* ''LastResort'' has Jigsaw unwilling to feed on her (sleeping) lieutenant Daisy until she remembers that it's supposed to be harmless, "like bloodwork". After some initial hesitation, both Jigsaw AND Daisy are starting to [[FreudWasRight enjoy it a bit too much]], at least until [[http://www.lastres0rt.com/archive.php?arch=comics&page=90 Jigsaw freaks out and bites a little TOO hard]], going from Subversion to KissOfTheVampire to VampireBitesSuck in only a few panels.

* Evangeline A.K.Mcdowell of ''MahouSenseiNegima'', because of her [[PowerLimiter small state]], usually delivers more-or-less painless drinks of blood. Then other times, she really does deliver kisses, [[http://img84.imageshack.us/img84/3519/13718ne2.png also more-or-less painless]]. Whether she'll admit it or not, she does care about her apprentice. Earlier in that same scene, she played this as straight as possible in what could be the [[http://www.mangafox.com/manga/mahou_sensei_negima/v15/c137/7.html most risque scene in the course of the series]] ({{NSFW}}, obviously).
