Added DiffLines:

* In one of the Creator/DonRosa ''Scrooge [=McDuck=]'' stories to feature Magica [=DeSpell=], she used a special magic wand on Scrooge and Donald to change the direction of their personal gravity. At first it becomes horizontal so they're doing things like walking on walls, but when they catch up with her she changes it even further to vertical.

* WesternAnimation/ExoSquad gives us the Grav Sheild, a weapons system which manipulates gravity to crush fleets of enemy ships like beer cans. Neo Sapien-occupied Earth is protected by one of these for a time,[[note]]before the [[LesCollaborateurs human scientist]] who happens to be the [[NoPlansNoPrototypeNoBackup only one to understand its function]] sabotages it and defects to the Exo Fleet,[[/note]] and later on the Exo Fleet base on Io is also protected by such a device[[note]]until it breaks, [[ParanoiaGambit although the Neo Sapeins don't know it's broken.]][[/note]]. For [[HandWave vaguely-explained reasons]], the Grav Sheild is entirely ineffective against cloaked ships, showing that the only way to fight phlebotinum is with phlebotinum.

** There is also the gravity master class. [[MagicKnight magic knights]] capable of manipulating gravity to [[SuperStrength increase their weapon damage and make them harder to knock down]], [[SuperSpeed increase their speed similar to the biotic charge from]] VideoGame/MassEffect2, and [[MegatonPunch hit the ground hard enough to knock other people over.]]

* In NewVindicators, one of the students from the European school, Kasimir Flaegler is a German boy whose powers manifested when he was blinded and nearly killed during a boating accident. He can alter local gravity enough to let others have a limited kind of flight, fly himself, raise or lower gravity, fire gravity blasts, and at one point helped keep the falling sky island of Laputa aloft.

** In ''Videogame/MetroidFusion'', it can control gravity, making it take longer for you to reach your full jumping height and making your missiles fall to the ground. Only your PureEnergy beams can work in the high-gravity. This only happens during the second phase of the fight before it's gravity manipulator is destroyed.
