* The three main protagonists in ''WebAnimation/{{Eddsworld}}'' have these types of t-shirts underneath their hoodies. Edd's t-shirt reads "Smeg Head"[[note]]British slang for a fool[[/note]], Tom's reads "Ska Band" with a checkerboard pattern in the middle, and Matt's reads "I <3 [=M@=]". Tom's t-shirt used to read "Stay Safe" with an ''WebAnimation/{{asdfmovie}}'' character's head on it, but it changed to its ''Eddsworld Beyond'' design after [=TomSka=]'s departure.

* In ''WesternAnimation/RalphBreaksTheInternet'', once the Franchise/{{Disney Princess}}es meet Vanellope, they decide to create casual wear inspired by hers. They all wear shirts with {{Mythology Gag}}s to their movies, such as [[WesternAnimation/SleepingBeauty Aurora]] having "Nap Queen" and [[WesternAnimation/{{Frozen|2013}} Elsa]] with "Just Let It Go".

* In ''WesternAnimation/TurningRed'', Mei's family are shown to have gotten matching T-shirts that say "Mr. Entrepreneur", "Mrs. Entrepreneur", and "Miss. Entrepreneur" while attending a small business convention.

** Ben Burtt has said that the sound crew for ''Film/ANewHope'' had t-shirts with an image of a Tusken Raider holding a boom mic over his head and the phrase "It's sound people, or worse!"

* Debbie wears one of these in every episode of the U.S. ''Series/QueerAsFolk'' that features her. And she's in 79 of them!

* These shirts are common as part of the VirtualPaperDoll aspect of the ''VideoGame/SaintsRow'' games. In ''VideoGame/SaintsRowTheThird'', Pierce founded the "Planet Saints" clothing chain just to sell off a warehouse of shirts with the gang's CatchPhrase "Saints Row, Bitches!".

* In the ''[[Series/TheTwilightZone1985 New Twilight Zone]]'' DealWithTheDevil episode "I of Newton", the Devil wears a T-shirt with a slogan on it, and the slogan changes whenever the camera isn't looking.

* In the ''Literature/RiversOfLondon'' fic ''https://archiveofourown.org/works/9401735 Rivers of Ankh-Morpork]]'', the magical boobytrap that sends Peter to the Literature/{{Discworld}} is inscribed, with the Faceless Man's usual combination of EvilHasABadSenseOfHumor and PopculturedBadass, "Fabricati Diem Pvnc". Nightingale, who [[PopCultureOsmosisFailure doesn't get the reference]], is astonished when Peter reveals he already has a t-shirt with that exact phrase.

* ''Film/GrizzlyPark:'' Bebe shows up at the camp wearing a shirt that says "[[GagBoobs They're called ta-tas.]]"

* ''Webcomic/WapsiSquare'' protagonist Monica wears a Magic 8-Ball shirt. You can also ask it a question and [[GagBoobs shake it]] although it may not necessarily [[AccidentalPervert answer your question...]]

* In [[WesternAnimation/TheNutshack The Nutshack,]] main protagonist Phil wears a black shirt that says “Got Nutz” with an arrow pointing towards his nether regions. [[ExtremeLibido For the kind of guy he is,]] it’s quite appropriate.

* In ''Film/TheSumOfAllFears'', while touring a nuclear weapon decommissioning facility, Bill Cabot notes one of the crew wearing a T-shirt with a Cyrillic slogan on it and asks what it says. Their guide responds, "'I am a Nuclear Weapons Technician. If you see me running, try to catch up.' [Laughs briefly, notes the serious faces around him...] [[ChangeTheUncomfortableSubject Okay...]]"

** Your team's dorky [[TheBigGuy Big Guy]], Ryuji Sakamoto, wears a yellow T-shirt under his blazer with the word "ZOMG!" printed on it for his winter uniform, and a red one with "NO MO' RULES" across the chest for his summer one. His winter casual wear includes a black shirt with a goofy yellow face, and his summer casual wear includes a sleeveless yellow shirt with two red shoeprints and the phrase "ON UR MARK".

* The title character of ''Manga/UzakiChanWantsToHangOut'' regularly wears a white-with-blue-sleeves "Sugoi Dekai"[[note]]Romaji for "Very Huge"[[/note]] shirt, and has claimed it is, in fact, her favourite shirt. Which is quite telling, considering [[BuxomIsBetter her proportions...]]

* In [[WesternAnimation/TheNutshack The Nutshack,]] main protagonist Phil wears a black shirt that says “Got Nutz” with an arrow pointing towards his nether regions. For the kind of guy he is, it’s quite appropriate.

* Steve Punt and Hugh Dennis did a bit on their 1990s BBC sketch show about T-shirts that included suggesting that the 'UsefulNotes/AdolfHitler: European Tour 1939-1945' T-shirt should be set as part of History [=GCSEs=] (as it's "tasteless but historically accurate").
