* Gallaxhar, the BigBad in ''WesternAnimation/MonstersVsAliens'' has four eyes. By contrast, all of the monsters (save the [[{{Cyclops}} one-eyed]] B.O.B.) have the usual two.

* Blinky the Fish in ''TheSimpsons''.
