One of the few ways to indicate that you are a {{Badass}} or at least hellishly ambitious. {{Badass}}es tend to fold their arms in front of them. When you see one doing such pose, you know they are {{Badass}} or hellishly powerful, or so calm they got the situation in control or at least harbors a GREAT ambition. It is also a symbol of cockiness. Bonus points if they have impressive muscles.
