''Among the Beasts and Briars'' is a YoungAdult fantasy novel written by Creator/AshleyPoston. The story follows Cerys, the daughter of the royal gardener. When she was a child, her mother and friends died in the cursed woods near their village. She managed to survive, but she did end up with a curse in her blood that causes plants to grow.
