''After Death'' is a 2015 self-published inspirational fiction novel by Hanz [=DeBartolo=][[note]]Hanz legally changed his name to "Sexy Vegan"[[/note]]. It was sold through Amazon's Createspace print-on-demand services and briefly mentioned on the ''Dr. Phil'' episode "My Brother Changed His Name to Sexy Vegan, Wears Speedos in Public, and Is Spending My Mom's 11 Million Dollar Inheritance".

The novel follows the life of inventor Dante Bish, a man who invents a futuristic toilet-bidet type of system that is more hygienic and quickly implemented by most of the general public, leaving Bish wealthy. Bish uses his money to help animals and the environment, and to raise awareness of veganism. Bish is a fallen angel who was sent back to Earth by God for the sin of non-veganism, and his ecological inventions are his way of redeeming himself.

!!This book contains examples of the following tropes:
----

* AscendToAHigherPlaneOfExistence: Happens to Dante once, but he is sent back to Earth because he wasn't a vegan, while retaining his memories of life after death.
* BackFromTheDead: Dante Bish, literally.
* FluffyCloudHeaven: The book's front cover art says it all, but the text even more-so. Heaven is just like Hollywood says, more or less.
* HomemadeInventions: Dante's Bish Toilet was made largely by Bish's own brilliance and required no Silicon Valley smoke and mirrors.
* InventorOfTheMundane: The description of the Bish Toilet reveals that the thing is basically just a glorified bidet, but it does serve the plot's needed purpose of making Dante wealthy enough to help animals and the planet.
* ThePearlyGates: And being booted out of them, too.
* ToiletHumour: There's a strange focus on excrement, toilet jokes and the buttocks in ''After Death''. The book's plot point of a futuristic toilet warrants some of it.
* Veganopia: Dante Bish's hope for Earth after he learns that non-vegans go to Hell when they die.
