During one performance, that magician tried the old PullARabbitOutOfMyHat trick and was instead pulled through the hat into [[EldritchLocation an alternate dimension made of pure magic]]. Some time later, the hat spits him back out only to find that he has been [[BalefulPolymorph transformed into an anthropomorphic rabbit]]. He also discovers that the otherworldly properties of this dimension have imbued him with the ability to cast spells through the use of old magician tricks (card tricks, coin tricks, SawAWomanInHalf, etc). Now a magical bunny, the Magician must track down the origins of the hat, make allies, encounter enemies, learn more about his powers and ultimately become a heroic he ever hopes to become human again.
