* In ''VideoGame/TeenageMutantNinjaTurtlesShreddersRevenge'', this happens to Krang's android head (of all things). After Bebop and Rocksteady try to escape with it for a few Episodes, it gets stolen by Groundchuck and Dirtbag, then falls into the sewers after the boss fight with them, only to be claimed by the Rat King. Bebop and Rocksteady eventually manage to pass the head along with the torso to Wingnut, who drops ''both of them'' before his boss fight. Some Foot Soldiers, with great pains, scurry along with the head and torso so that they can be safely delivered by Tubular Transports to Baxter Stockman's secret lab, in which the completed body finally transports itself towards Krang in Dimension X. When Krang is fought, the android is subsequently destroyed. The android is [[OrganAutonomy clearly seen wincing throughout its entire ordeal]].

* In a heroic ([[spoiler:at the time, anyway]]) example, [[spoiler:Oersted]] of ''VideoGame/LiveALive'' gets put through one of these in his chapter, courtesy of [[spoiler:his childhood friend[=/=]UnknownRival Straybow]]. To explain the whole thing would make this entry waaaaaayyyy too long, so to summarize it:
** [[spoiler:Princess gets kidnapped, Oersted goes off to save the princess, fails, gets tricked into killing the king, goes back to confront the evil demon and try to save the princess again, learns Straybow orchestrated the whole thing 'cause he wanted to humiliate Oersted, Oersted kicks his ass, princess more or less walks in, declares her love for Straybow, and then kills herself. Oh, and we forgot that he also watches the great hero of the land die, helpless to assist him, and then, he witnesses the hero's right-hand assistant die right next to him as well; by the end, everyone who said they believed in him dies]]. [[UnstoppableRage He doesn't take it well...]]
