However, they both become officially good at the end, where Amos tries to shoot the weak Tod, but because he had just saved them both from a [[BearsAreBadNews savage grizzly bear]], Copper steps in between Amos' gun and Tod and refuses to move away, and [[HeelRealization Amos lowers his gun, realizing his mistake and accepting the fox as a hero]].

* In ''WesternAnimation/IceAgeContinentalDrift'', [[spoiler:Shira, Diego's LoveInterest and DistaffCounterpart does the same.]]

* ''WesternAnimation/LiloAndStitch''. First Stitch himself, and then Jumba.

This is unlike Iago above, who kept his HeelFaceTurn in the game eventually. Then again, the events of the game happened during the first movie's events and she was not given the chance to feel what love really means, meaning the idea of HeelFaceTurn hasn't really crossed her mind (rather than rejecting the chance).

* ''WesternAnimation/IceAge'': Diego the sabre-toothed tiger is a double agent who spends most of the film trying to steal a baby so his boss can eat him, but is [[BecomingTheMask gradually swayed and softened up]] by ThePowerOfFriendship. Regardless, she leaves him (making him shocked and confused) and instead aids the heroes in their escape from Nomanisan Island.

* Subverted with [[spoiler:Tai Lung]] in ''WesternAnimation/KungFuPanda'', who [[WellDoneSonGuy after finally hearing his father-figure tell him he's proud of him, and he's sorry]], very clearly wavers before rejecting the overture and remaining unrepentant. This also counts as his RedemptionRejection, since it proves he has still learned nothing, though it may just be all the more tragic and painful because of it.

* In ''WesternAnimation/TurningRed'', Ming spends most of the movie as the main antagonist. However, after her HeelRealization she's clearly stunned and humbled by the fact that both her daughter and her mother are willing to forgive her for her attacks on them while in her red-panda form. Their love and support help her break away from the control-freak attitude that caused so much trouble for the whole family, and become a better person and a better mother in the ending.

* ''Animation/PleasantGoatAndBigBigWolf'': The Bitter Gourd King, in the third movie, is transformed out of his evil state after his battle with the goats and wolves. For that matter, ''every'' BigBad and his henchmen in the movies ultimately switch to the good guys' side.

* Sour Kangaroo and, to an extent, Vlad from ''WesternAnimation/HortonHearsAWho'' WordOfGod says that Sour Kangaroo was [[WhatCouldHaveBeen originally meant to have a satisfactory comeuppance]], but due to it being against Dr. Seuss' wishes about peace and friendship, she ultimately makes this instead.

* In ''WesternAnimation/BeautyAndTheBeast'', Beast frequently throws childish tantrums, furiously scolds his servants, and only [[GildedCage housed Belle in a stateroom and gave her free reign of the castle, except the west wing]], at the insistence of his servants with and with [[EntitledToHaveYou the expectation that she must fall in love him]] and break the curse. However after he furiously shouts ''[[GetOut "GET OUT!!"]]'' and she runs away, Beast goes out to force her to return to the castle, [[JustInTime and manages to rescue her from a pack of ravenous wolves]]. When he passes out from the pain of his wounds, Belle briefly considers going back to the village, [[ConscienceMakesYouGoBack but instead takes pity on the injured Beast, and they return to the castle together]] where she helps nurse his injuries and thanks him for saving her life. After she helps him recover, Beast's demeanor begins to change from that of an angry SpoiledBrat, to bashful PrinceCharming, and following [[DanceOfRomance their romantic date in the ballroom]], Belle, using Beast's magic mirror, sees that her father's in trouble and Beast lets her go back to take care of him.

And Queen Hippsodeth, who kidnaps Jasmine for her [[AmazonBrigade all-female warrior nation]] and then becomes Agrabah's ally because she admires the sultan for being the first person who could defeat her. The Muchtar and Aladdin's old friend-turned-monster Amal also change sides.

* ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyTheMovie2017'': [[spoiler: Tempest Shadow, after [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness being betrayed by the Storm King]] and [[BecauseYouWereNiceToMe rescued by Twilight Sparkle]], ends up siding with the Mane Six, even saving them from the Storm King's final attack.]]
