* When the toy restorer comes to fix Woody, he treats Woody like an actual customer. He fixes a bib around the cowboy's hat, rests his hat on a tiny stand, and even polishes his boots. It's slightly marred by him painting over Andy's signature and the fact that he's getting paid, but you have to admit the man shows more care for Woody than Al does.

** That also shows that the toys still feel bad for how easily they turned against Woody.

* When [[spoiler: the Prospector]] stops Woody from leaving, Jessie protests that "this isn't fair" despite the fact that she's still unsure about going with him. While she might not necessarily be happy with the idea of Woody leaving, it does suggest that she's grown to respect his wishes.

** It helps that the montage that went with it was almost identical in style to the "Strange Things" montage from the first one -- watching Jessie's toys and merchandise fading into other things. And even though it ended in a sad way, Woody began to understand Jessie better, which is also quite heartwarming.

* The moment that Woody discovers why, exactly, he matters so much not just to Al, but also to Bullseye, Jessie, and, even, on a deeper level, Stinky Pete. The exact moment the curtains are pulled back to [[spoiler: reveal every single piece of merchandise from the ''Woody's Roundup'' days]], coupled together with the slow, dramatic pan and the light that just seems to ''glow'' off of Woody's broadening, child-like grin is just plain adorable and tearjerking.
