It's so genuinely charming to see the generally quiet and reserved Darryl cut loose with each member of the office, and even sweeter when you see that each member gets their own personal dance with him (he and Nellie do a PG-grind, he and Toby do the cowboy, he and Oscar do a simple vogue... so on and so forth).

* In "Secretary's Day", after Erin became upset about the reveal of Andy's ex-relationship with Angela, Pam comes to her desk explaining her the past doesn't count in opposite of the present making a reference to her ex fiancée Roy. In a sense Pam's comfort talk parallels with the one Jim gave to Dwight in Season 4 when he was heartbroken about Angela (mentioned above). Then Pam give to her husband a kiss on the cheek as a sign of recognition.

* In "The Seminar", Andy holds a business seminar with Phyllis, Dwight, Stanley and Jim as speakers. When Phyllis, Dwight and Stanley pull out because they think there is no money in the customers (Jim for separate reasons), Andy has to rely on Kevin, Kelly and Creed being willing to replace them. They all do (except for Kelly) a terrible job but it becomes apparent that some of these customers have genuinely good business ideas. Phyllis, Dwight and Stanley try to worm their way back into Andy's good graces to steal the potential clients from him, until Darryl warns him about their real motivations. When it comes time at the end of the seminar for Andy to pitch his business to the customers (he is last on the sales leaderboard and really needs to the business), it's Michael that takes him aside and tells him that Kevin, Kelly and Creed believed in him, he believes in him and he should believe in himself and he will stall them until Andy is ready. He made a couple of sales with the assistance of Michael and Holly. It's a Crowning Moment of Awesome for both Andy and Michael as a boss.

* In "Dream Team", Michael is a wreck and can't bring himself to get dressed, let alone start up his new independant company that has no prospects. Throughout the episode, Pam does everything a person can do to motivate and support him. She encourages him to keep going and keeps trying to give him a sense of accomplishment. By the end of the episode, their roles reverse. The futility of their efforts has gotten to Pam and she becomes distraught at where she's ended up, but Michael returns the favour and gives her a pep talk into not giving up. It's one of Michael's most sincere and serious moments.
