This simply does not happen. While she makes multiple attempts to leave her family behind upon regaining her memories she never attempts to harm them otherwise. There is a scene where she spies on them using the scope of her sniper rifle but there is zero evidence that she was considering using the rifle itself to shoot them. It is clear from the cinematography that she was observing (struggling with her feelings) only.
