* Coming upon Tarrey Town can be a heartening experience for players. Every other settlement in the game has been negatively affected by the uprising and Gloom[[note]]The Zora are suffocating under sludge; the Gerudo are forced underground by Gibdos; the Rito are starving due to a blizzard; the Goron are under the influence of Marbled Rock Roast; Hateno Village is experiencing a political schism; Lurelin Village is overrun by monsters; Kakariko Village is covered by falling debris; the Korok Forest is silenced by the Gloom[[/note]] but Tarrey Town remains safe, is prosperous, and finding constructive ways to use Zonai debris thanks to Hudson's leadership. ** After saving Lurelin, you can go around to all the Lurelin natives that were worried about the place, such as the Lookout Landing shop owner, and Link will inform them that Lurelin has been saved and you can hear their gratefulness. There is literally no in-game reason for the player to do this beyond just having Link be the bearer of good news.
