* Faris's story is a StableTimeLoop wherein she is inspired by Chat Noir, a local heroine from Akihabara from before she was born, who takes up the mantle, and befriends Suzuha as her partner until the latter has to leave. The comes the end of the story, Faris returns home and comes face-to-face with and hugs her father's benefactor, who had been in treatment overseas for many years.

* After Okabe witnesses Mayuri's death caused by Moeka shooting her, he struggles to save her with much effort as he could do while he tells of his flashback during their childhood when Mayuri was in immense grief over her grandmother's death and had been standing in front of her grave for days, he created the MadScientist persona he inspired from their favourite cartoon character to help snap her out of it which fortunately seems to be working and Mayuri happily calling herself his hostage.

* As much as an asshole he presents himself to be, Dr.Nakabachi aka Shouichi Makise in the Babel of the Grieved Maze Drama CD and spin-off games in the Alpha Worldline still retains his dickish personality but more kind who genuinely loves his daughter, Kurisu unlike his Beta self who was planning to murder her because not only of his best friend, Yukitaka Akiha, Faris's father's existence, but his mentor, Suzu Hashida who was really Suzuha who went back in time permanently taught him the value of love and also served as his MoralityPet to be a better man for Kurisu as he prepared a fork as a gift for her 11th birthday in spite of him upsetting her and ruining it on that day.
* The True Ending as a whole, but especially the final scene as Okabe and Kurisu reunite after a chance encounter. Even more so as he was thinking she had gone back to America, but she had really been searching for him for over a month (he'd been in the hospital) just to thank him for saving her life.

** When Okabe sees the D-mail from his future self. Hearing that all the heartache and sacrifice that time travel put them all through is what opened the path to the Steins Gate worldline. "It all meant something," indeed.

* Also a TearJerker. In episode 16, when Okabe realizes that becoming close friends with Suzuha causes her to lose her memories for 24 years then commit suicide a year later after arriving in 1975 via her time machine because it's damaged from a storm. Okabe sends a D-Mail to himself to stop following Suzuha on that day to make sure she resumes her mission in her undamaged time machine to get the IBN 5100 but at the cost of losing her chance to meet her father, he learns from Yugo that Suzuha as Suzu Hashida passed away from an illness 10 years ago but however Yugo, as her only close friend gives Okabe her divergence meter which shows a different value and Okabe acknowledges that Suzuha finally got her hands on the IBN 5100.

* From episode 24, Okabe giving Moeka a lab member badge, despite what she had done in several alternate world lines.
** Hell, the entirety of episode 24 is a culmination of heartwarming moments itself. Everyone is seemingly happy and healthy, Moeka being hired by Yuugo as his assistant in his shop (after helping Nae in an accident), Okabe makes a lab member badge for Suzuha (though she hasn't born yet), no more time machine-related conspiracies, clutches, and tragedies for everyone. All in all, after what they've been through in other world lines, they deserve it.

* Mayuri's route is effectively a Crowning ''Story'' of Heartwarming as the moments rapidly fly in one after another: From the lab mems just having fun with their daily lives throughout the route to specific Mayuri x Rintaro moments when she saves him from drowning, their working together at the Okabe grocery store for a morning, the entire photo shoot session, Rintaro working with Moeka to obtain the Christmas tree star as a gift for Mayuri, their reunion at the summer festival, and ''especially'' the scene at Mayuri's grandmother's grave as Rintaro has his LoveEpiphany and pretty much proposes to Mayuri then and there.

* Kurisu's is compounded multiple times throughout her story in that 1. She ''finally'' is able to begin mending the relationship with her father, 2. She receives the personalized fork she'd been hoping for for years, and 3. She throws both 1 and 2 away in order to save Rintaro from the DespairEventHorizon.

* Moeka's development and slowly coming out of her shell in her route as she slowly opens her heart to Rintaro and the lab mems, especially when she falls into a HeroicBSOD due to being afraid that a mistake she made in the group's submission video would cause everyone to hate her and Rintaro helps break her out of it. It's capped with a WhenSheSmiles moment as noted by Mayuri.
