* A bit of a meta example, but in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pqyFXmMCJ68 this video at a comic con]], when the voices of Pinky and Brain, Creator/RobPaulsen and Creator/MauriceLaMarche were asked on what it was like working with the voice of Snowball, Creator/RoddyMcDowall, they immediately went into talking about how much of a delighting and wonderful man he was. How quick they were is especially touching.

* The scene right before it is even better -- [[spoiler:Brain is just seconds from bringing his plan to total success, until he turns and sees just how sad Pinky is at not being able to give his letter to Santa Claus. Right then and there, Brain effectively decides that if Pinky can't get what he wants, then neither will he.]] Of course, it wasn't so much the letter itself as it was the contents of that letter. [[spoiler:Brain initially passes it off as some stupid letter Pinky wrote. When he actually reads it, he realizes that Pinky was writing to Santa about how great a guy the Brain is, yet he is never rewarded for all his effort, thus Pinky wished for Santa to give Brain anything intended for him, and maybe even the world to go along with it.]] Who knows if Brain was tearing up more out of Pinky giving him the respect he so desired, or the realization that he treated Pinky really badly, yet Pinky still wrote all that, but, er, [[SandInMyEyes it's just the fluorescent lighting]]....

** What makes this moment all the more touching is that this is seemingly the very first time that Brain realizes and regrets his abuse of Pinky. Even though he doesn't speak, the tears in his eyes say louder than words the one thing Brain is thinking: ''He's my only friend, he's heartbroken on my account, and all I did was push him away.''

* "Two Mice and a Baby." Apparently [[{{Superman}} Kal-El]] spent a few days with a pair of lab mice who grew to love him. In the end, they decided to give him back to a pair of human parents as they realized he would have a better upbringing there.
** The scene where they give him to his human parents. At first Brain concludes good riddance as Kal-El is more harm than good to their plans. Then the infant gently calls out goodbye to him, even calling him "Dada", moving Brain to tears.

** [[{{Shumazau}} This troper]] is an embittered jerk who kept a straight face throughout ''WesternAnimation/WallE'', and has never seen ''Pinky and The Brain'' before. That entry made her tear up right there. That's how touching it is.

** And to take it up to eleven ('''it''' being Brain's guilt and the heartwarming mood of the moment), despite tearing up uncontrollably, Pinky refuses to defy Brain and follows his instructions to activate the device.
** And Pinky still prompted Brain to start his world domination speech, '''even if it was right after he yelled at him and called his letter stupid.''' When Brain struggles to muster through and eventually just glares at Pinky in guilt, the latter [[UndyingLoyalty just smiles and signals him on, as if to tell him it's okay]]. This was the final nail in the coffin for Brain.
