** Manu's treatment of Lucy is also wholesome. He's clearly smitten with her at first sight, but is never less than a gentleman to her. When his teammates' comments about Lucy start straying into "locker room talk", Manu shuts that shit down immediately. Later, he aggressively hustles his teammates out of the shower room and stands guard over the doorway so that Lucy can shower privately. Finally, when an opposing player brutally tackles Lucy (and completely unnecessarily, no less), Manu's teammates have to restrain him from ending the bastard right then and there. Yet for all this, Manu never makes a move on Lucy, nor ever acts like she owes him ''anything''. He's happy just to be her teammate -- and to keep showing the team how to behave around a lady.

* TK getting upset over [[spoiler: Razor quitting football.]] TK feels like he's mentored him and protected him, which he has. So the act feels like an act of betrayal to TK. This is a far cry from the TK of the start of season 1 who would probably have celebrated the act.
