* Throughout the game, the story occasionally cuts back to the main universe's Superman, who is working with Cyborg and Flash to track down their missing comrades and Joker. The scenes emphasize the difference between him the Regime!Superman: Clark refuses to let Barry travel to the Injustice universe alone because he's worried about his safety. When Cyborg locates them, Superman's primary concern is the safety of a possible away team and the stranded heroes. Lastly, he is constantly encouraging the two when they are feeling down and tells not to give up regardless of the circumstances. Even in a story where one Superman has become an uncaring tyrant, it's a refreshing and much-needed reminder that one Superman is still AFatherToHisMen and prioritizes their safety above all.

* Year Five #37: The whole issue is full of these moments. Since we're looking at the prequel of [[spoiler: where Earth Prime, the "good Earth," got involved]], involved, we get to see a lighter, happier version of the Justice League, including [[spoiler: a lot of the characters who have died in the Injustice universe]], universe, and they're simply having fun at a backyard party at Wayne Manor. [[spoiler: It's also revealed that Earth Prime's Superman and Lois are expecting a child too, as seen by their conversation with Ma and Pa Kent.]]
Kent.
** A subtle one: when Clark Kent shows up at the party, his first point of order is [[spoiler: not to announce his impending fatherhood, but to congratulate Alfred on his birthday ([[SugarWiki/FunnyMoments whenever that is]]). He then suggests that this celebration should extend to everyone present, as they have a much-needed respite from the usual chaos of their lives. ''That's'' the Man of Tomorrow we all know and love--putting the thoughts and happiness of his friends first and foremost.]]
foremost.
--> '''Superman:''' I can't think of a better reason to celebrate. [[spoiler: We all work so hard, and can use some family time before duty comes calling again. Let's enjoy it while it lasts.]]
lasts.
*** Another subtle moment: [[spoiler: Clark attends in his civilian clothes. Granted, so does everyone else, but it's another reminder that Earth Prime's Superman values his humanity more than his Injustice counterpart]].
counterpart.
** Seeing Dick Grayson alive again, and kidding around with Damian Wayne. [[spoiler: The Earth Prime versions of these two have a healthier partnership, it seems.]]
seems.
** Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent sharing a beer and chatting about the latter's upcoming fatherhood. After all the angst and fallout of the last 5 years, seeing the Dark Knight and the Man of Steel talking like old friends, [[spoiler: as they've always been on Earth Prime]], Prime, is a much-welcomed change from the bitter enmity [[spoiler: that their injustice Universe counterparts have]].have.

** What really drives it all home is when we see Luthor [[spoiler: putting together the alliance between DC's other major supervillains. NightmareFuel though it may be, Lex's supervillainy is concrete proof that this is Earth Prime--that all of the happy moments mentioned above are for real, and haven't been ruined by tragedy as they were in the Injustice universe]].
