* In ''Chuck Versus the Hack Off'', there's the final scene of Gertrude Verbanski making plans to break Casey out of prison. [[spoiler: And getting some help from Morgan to get the big guy out of prison.]]

* Casey giving Morgan the IndianaJones trilogy and telling him that there are only three movies, a key sign in noting that Casey had fully forgiven Morgan for his douchebaggery in the first few episodes.

* The end of "Chuck Versus Operation Awesome" is pretty touching.
