Killer Croc is dismayed to hear that he mauled two Arkham inmates in a fit of rage (one of whom died from his injuries,) as they were both close friends of his. Killer Croc is shown later to be bitter and cynical about humanity as a whole due to the abuse he suffered throughout his life, but it's still nice that there are people he's genuinely happy to be around.

!Black Mask
It's a brief moment, but Black Mask admits to being genuinely fond of Harvey Dent, considering him to be the only person in Arkham who's honest about himself. Similarly, while he sneers at Batman's idealism and attempts to change what Black Mask feels is the city's inherently evil nature, the mob boss nevertheless confesses to having respect for the Dark Knight for being true to his convictions. It's all oddly heartwarming to hear coming from what's otherwise an unrepentantly evil, nihilistic mobster.
