** The explanation I heard was her name was supposed to be Sara, but due to accidental reasons Sarah was accidentally used instead. When it was noticed the creators decided to switch to Sara as it was intended rather than just rolling with Sarah. As to why they decided not having the H was important enough to cause this confusion, I don't know.
