** Yugopotama seems to view Boudacians (Mandie's species) as peers. It's also possible that they ''fear'' them because they're so powerful and good at conquering planets as a [[ProudWarriorRaceGuy Proud Warrior Race]]. Earth, by contrast, is seen as a lesser planet in general--Mark repeatedly calls Earthlings "puny humans" even while living among them--and thus humans are an inferior species. Mark's attraction to Vicky could be a weird case of romantic FantasticRacism--he loves her personality, and the fact that she's a "puny human" is just an added bonus that sets her apart.

** The reason that immediately comes to mind is that, unlike Timmy's other wishes, he didn't have to do ''anything'' to get a metric ton of gifts from Santa. When he does wish for something from Cosmo and Wanda, he has to think it up first (which isn't much, but Timmy can be lazy and short-sighted), whereas Santa just provides lots of presents without any effort (besides being good) on Timmy's part. Plus Santa's gifts could include things Timmy didn't even realize he wanted, adding an element of surprise and excitement to the situation. It's kind of like a skilled chef ordering takeout instead of cooking for themself: yes, they could easily make a fantastic meal, but every once in a while it's nice to take a break and let someone else do the work for them.

Added DiffLines:

** Keep in mind that Timmy's Dad ''really'' wanted to win the race--he was actively training for it, and Timmy had to go out of his way to sabotage his practice to make him come in last. In the "proper" timeline, the kid who lost may not have cared about winning (or, at the very least, didn't care as much as Dad did), so even if they did end up at military school, they didn't have the same FreudianExcuse of Timmy's Dad and thus never bothered to conquer the planet.

Added DiffLines:

** Most of the time, Timmy isn't wishing for copyrighted toys, just generic ones. In "The Temp!", Jeff the Elf keeps conjuring playthings like a dump truck and a squirt gun, none of which have brand names. Presumably Cosmo and Wanda keep enforcing the "No Copyright" rule whenever Timmy wishes for something--if it's something that has a trademark, they find the closest generic equivalent and summon that.

** If you mean that, as a parody of UsefulNotes/{{the Dark Age|of Comic Books}}-era heroes, then not quite. It was probably more specifically a parody of ''Comicbook/BatmanTheDarkKnightReturns'', in which Franchise/{{Batman}} was depicted as a grim and gritty AntiHero. It was released in 1986, and is generally cited as one of two comics (the other being ''ComicBook/{{Watchmen}}'') that kicked off UsefulNotes/{{the Dark Age|of Comic Books}}, which lasted well into the 90s.

* Mark refused to marry Mandie because she was beautiful, which Yugopotamians hate. But Mark's obsessively attracted to Vicky, who, for all her ''personality'' faults, certainly isn't ugly herself. True, Mark seems more attracted to her because of her maliciousness and nasty personality than due to her appearance, but he knows Mandie's also evil and unpleasant, and that doesn't tip the scales back to attraction in her case.

***According to a few eps, some of the wishes has to be "un-wished" and, in some episodes, a wish tends to get un-wished, especially if that wish was kinda vague (he wished for the lava to be realistic, ''not that it'd actually destroy the house'').

***If ''Da Rules'' say you can't make a wish affecting true love, then you prolly can't make a wish for your parents to treat you better, either, assumin' that the Da Rules say you can't make wishes that effect people's feelings. That's a guess, anyways.

*** The simulation theory doesn't make much sense. If it was true that they assessed how likely someone is to reveal their fairies, then Timmy wouldn't be treated as unique for being able to keep Cosmo and Wanda a secret for as long as he did. *** Y'all remember that rule where they say kids can't revive the dead? Well, that wish for Archduke dying (or, as the show put it, "taken out") is a wish that couldn't be reversed, as per that rule, in that Fairies (prolly) can't undo it without interfering with a natural order of some kind. On top of this, when a wish has been shown to get reversed, it either gets unwished by the godkid or they get undone by the godparents, though, most of the time, it's not like the former, so, with Maryann, she'd likely not unwish the wish them back to life anyways.and, 2), several groups of the deaths post-WWs, happened after she'd likely have died, in conjunction with being indirectly related.

##Fairies tend to only get assigned to kids because kids believe in fairies and, so, when kids reach that age where they no longer believe they lose their fairies, as shown in ''Channel Chasers'' or, in one scenario, ''Crocker'''s belief in fairies was enough to get the Grand Wand (or somethin', IDR) working again.

Added DiffLines:

**If memory serves (in the earlier seasons, anyways), the day he lost his fairies was also the day that Crocker (who was working on a study) got chased down by an angry mob after Jorgen erased his memory, however, via Timmy's wish, he still lost his fairies when Timmy and his fairies messed up the past, but, somehow, while he lost his memories of his fairies, he still retained the belief in them to know they existed (and has been tryin' to prove their existence ever since).

** It's also worth noting that the fairies you mentioned all actively use their magic for ''other'' purposes: Jorgen is an enforcer and guard, the Tooth Fairy teleports and conjures quarters on a regular basis, and Rip Studwell uses magic to heal his patients. Presumably they're "venting" the backup with those constant spells.

* Why does Timmy let his parents treat him the way he does? Why doesn't he ever call them out on their jerkassery?
** They're too stupid to reason with.
----

*** Well if that's the case, then why do they stop believing in fairies if their fairies are ''in their presence''?

** What confuses me is why the 80s Chin isn't glam metal-themed and the 90s Chin the [[DarkerAndEdgier dark]] one.

* How come in every episode that the Crimson Chin is in that involves him going through tough times, those tough times end up in the comics themselves? Why the hell would the writer of the comics put the Chin's problems in his comics?
** Real-life comics have plenty of mundane moments in them as well. It reminds the reader that the hero is still a person at their core.
----

* Why does "Channel Chasers" try to paint Timmy as the bad guy? His parents were the TRUE bad guys for being jerkasses towards Timmy, both here AND in most of the series, and yet HE gets put on the spot? What the hell? Timmy has every right to not wanna be around them or do what they want. They had no right talking to him the way they did. Near the end of the special, he claims they "raised him right", but no, they didn't, they raised him HORRIBLY! I'd wanna run away too if I were him. In fact, what kid WOULDN'T wanna run away if they were in Timmy's position here?
** I never got the impression that we were supposed to find Timmy the bad guy. In fact I'd seriously consider someone an idiot if they watched that episode and decided he was the asshole.
