He has currently has and will possibly get all the qualifications to be it; He has access to a magic book that prevents him from dying by using a form of time travel (handy in the Hell), has the capability to use demonic magic, played a big part in saving the world & afterlife, will possibly be in good/friendly (as in "listens first then pulls out gun") speaking terms with high ranking demons including Lucifer, and has shown great leadership in the face danger with a less than qualified team.

* Where is 1295 during all this? 1295 are the Four Horsemen of the apocalypse stuck hanging out at some roadside diner. Would they be affected by the sunlight? If not would they be stuck hanging out at the diner?

Alternatively, some slight hints have been given implying the Foundation knew 001 was coming, so they pulled all their resources away from less dangerous anomalies to prepare for the greater threat.

* How in the name of God/343 did Verosika's gang & Vortex get past Foundation security to enter SCP-3008 apparently unnoticed? There was no mention of them encountering resistance before entering 3008. And yes I know of Blitzo's 'suggestion' but I doubt that.
