* In LEGO Batman 2, Vicky Vale mentioned that Brainiac teamed up with Gorilla Grodd, but in LEGO Batman 3 it feels like the Justice League is fighting him for the first time. How is this possible?

* According to the plot of LEGO DC Super-Villains, the Rookie got the abilities of Amazo, an android that is able to copy superpowers. How could the Rookie get Amazo's abilities, given the fact that Amazo is an android, and the Rookie is an ordinary man.

** In Rookie's bio (after ending Story Mode) says that he secretly follow the Crime Syndicate to Earth 1 so that he can join it.

* In ''Lego Batman 2: DC Superheroes'', Batman makes the Joker robot scatter kryptonite in a large enough pattern that it could be seen from space, alerting the Justice League. So, neither Batman or Superman have any other way to contact the league, but the Martian Manhunter can call the whole league in two seconds? Wouldn't Batman have at least a dozen ways to get in touch with the Justice League satellite? Heck, later on Batman contacts J'onn and has him fire the satellite's cannon on Luthor's robot, so why didn't he call them earlier?
** Maybe his League communicator was in the batcave? Which was razed by the villains by that point?
** Or maybe after been played for a sap so long he decided to pull a BatmanGambit just to bring Joker and Lex down a notch.

* So Lex Luthor is a presidential candidate, it's the night before the election, and yet somehow he ends up in a situation where he's sitting at the same table with notorious criminals and Joker practically makes body contact with him? Shouldn't Lex have had some kind of security, whether from the Secret Service, his own private security, or even just a bodyguard?

* How exactly does Creator/ConanOBrien fit into ''Lego Batman 3''?
** Maybe he can change into "the Flaming C"?
** If you must know, [=CoCo's=] connection to Batman is [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TYNDHuH6MNA the voice of the talk show host]] in the animated adaptation of ''ComicBook/BatmanTheDarkKnightReturns''.

* In LEGO Batman 2, Bizarro is a DLC character. He has the exact same abilities as Superman in the game. The problem is that his breath and EyeBeams are the opposite of Superman's. Superman has heat vision and freeze breath. Bizarro is supposed to have arctic vision and fire breath.
** That is original Bizarro, who was just an imperfect clone of Superman, with all his powers and none of his smarts. It's not current day Bizarro, who is the literal opposite of Superman.
** He's also a bonus character not integral to the game, so the developers probably couldn't be bothered to create two new effects for a DLC character, and they used some time making Black Adam's lightning, so perhaps they decided to skip for Bizarro.
** They fixed this in LEGO Batman 3.
* In the movie version, I doubt Wonder Woman needed to be in her invisible jet for ''all'' those scenes. Holding up Wayne Tower, for one, she probably didn't need it for.
** Because invisible jets are inherently funny.
** Really? I don't get the joke. Adding the Invisible Jet to scenes when she was flying in the games just showed how pointless her plane is.
** [[DontExplainTheJoke I'm pretty sure the pointlessness of the jet is the joke]].

* Before going to find Black Adam, Joker mentions having to "catch up with an old pal". When the level begins, they've been joined by Clayface, so it's easy to assume that Joker meant him. But in the previous cutscene, Clayface could be seen among the villains assembled in the Hall of Doom already. Was it a simple animation oversight, or am I not getting something here?
** maybe it was another character that wasn't playable

* What's with the giant Batman spoon in the Batcave Trophy Room in ''3''? That's the only trophy that I've never seen before.
** who knows to be honest
* In Dc Super Villains, Batman concluded that Rookie was from Earth 3 that somehow got to Earth 1 just before the Syndicate, which raises the question, how did the rookie get to Earth 1? And why did they want to come to Earth 1 in the first place?
