From my memories of this show. Yes, it's been years but I loved the show nonetheless.

***Considering how [=CN=] kinda played with the show (random timeslots, barely airing it by 2004, and cuts to the show), it's likely the network had a hand in the rest of the show being not dubbed. On top of this, a lot of show's novelty kinda wore off by 2004.

** Most likely Cartoon Network had a hand in it being stopped. Most likely they were the main underwriters for the dubbing (read, most of the funding came from them). And when they decided that they didn’t want further episodes, the other companies funding the dub probably decided to let it go as well regardless of popularity.

** Either that, or there's other reasons why they stopped before the whole thing could be dubbed. One episode about a Japanese bean-throwing festival was never dubbed in English because it was deemed too foreign, for example.

Why did they stop translating the show? In a few other countries they made it to at least the end of season 4 and at least one of the movies had a Finnish dub. So why did The Ocean Group stopped dubbing? Did they just decide it wasn't that popular?

* Okay, seriously, who thought putting ''this'' on Toonami was a good idea?
