** This answer is going to be uncomfortable to read, but... the answer is most likely fertility drugs being used to produce multiple pregnancies. At that point, as long as you're willing to sacrifice some genetic variety, you can have a large number of children at one time.

* Why doesn't Emp wear a bodysuit under her costume? I know she's said she can't wear anything under the suit, but since she did wear panties in one of the earliest strips, it's because any clothing would show and not because it would stop the supersuit working. With a full bodysuit underneath, though, only the seams would be visible and it would probably just look like costume detailing like many post-reboot DC superheroes have on theirs. It would (a) give the poor girl some more modesty when the supersuit inevitably tears, (b) provide a little figure shaping, (c) stop the suit from fritzing out so much since its powers are supposedly linked to her self-esteem due to the first two points, (d) avoid the 'wire-wool' problem and (e) possibly provide some extra protection depending on its material when the supersuit fails.
** She can probably wear SMALL amounts of clothing under the suit (i.e enough for a pantyline gag) but if she tried to wear a full bodysuit she'd definitely short the suit out. It's a living biosuit which enhances her physical abilities, it DEFINITELY requires body contact to work for her.

** Or that Emp hadn't worked out the specifics yet, since it was also early in her career with the Superhomies. Perhaps at some point she decided to go with the embarassment visible underwear instead of the em-bare-ass-ment of being naked when her suit gets ripped up, only to find out the hard way that her suit powers isn't compatible with underwear.
** Or on the flipside, why not wear clothing *over* the suit? If the suit gives her powers only when its in contact with her skin, why not wear it as an inner leotard to a far less form-fitting outfit?

** Building off of the idea that Hell operates on Judeo-Christian values, you don't have to do anything inherently evil to go to Hell. You're born inherently damned, being marred by original sin, and only embracing God/Jesus guarantee you a place in Heaven when you die. Being a "good" person by human standards won't save someone. "Not by works but by faith".

** While Emp hasn't made the most friends, it's important to note almost everyone that does support her is one of the heaviest hitters shown yet, and none of them make it much of a secret that they at least respect her. Havoc sitting back and not avenging her probably isn't much of a consolation while Syndablokk is entombing you under a parking garage, after all. Plus, depending on how robust the supers' rumor network is, there's probably at least hints that going after Emp would make it personal with

** While that's... as good a point as anything relating to this topic is, it still belies the reason of why he needs Ninjette. Those same fertility drugs could be given to any woman he possibly impregnates, not just Ninjette. Though given his demonstrated ruthlessness and hatred of his daughter, he probably IS impregnating women this way and recapturing Ninjette to have the same thing done to her and worse is out of spite and to assuage his oh-so-precious "honor."

** Sadly, the answer is "honor". Remember that Ninjette couldn't have sex with her father's men because they were afraid of what he'd do when -- not if -- he found out. For the prince of a rival clan to have done so would declare that the prince did not fear, and thus respect, her father to that extent. Thus, to maintain his honor and fearsome reputation, he did what he believed was neeed. It's twisted, but it makes sense in its own context.
* Why is he so set on getting Ninjette back to the clan? She doesn't seem to be spilling any clan secrets and she straight up tried to kill him. While Ninjette could possibly give birth to more BAMF ninjas, she could only conceive and give birth once a year. Her father, however, is a man and thus could impregnate several women at once, either naturally or artificially. He could be increasing the clan's numbers and he could be doing it easily. In fact, if he did, he'd essentially make 'Jette superfluous, since, by dint of being his daughter, [[BadassFamily at least some of her badassery can be traced to him.

** More practically, while she doesn't receive merchandising profit-share, this applies to Superhomeys merchandise only. Because she had her heroic identity before joining, they cannot legally keep her from using it apart from them, but could expel her if she violated some form of code of conduct -- such as, most likely, having her own merchandise. To be fair, she does receive some pretty spectacular benefits even as an associate member -- but, yeah, any competent lawyer would have had major issues with that contract.

* Leaving aside the suit's own sentience, and thus ability to control its functions, his using it as a condom was while having sex with Emp. Therefore, it's arguable that the suit would consider itself to be worn by her while still technically being worn by Thugboy. If we include the suit's sentience, keep in mind that the increased erotic sensitivity may be a means of keeping a user, and giving her extra-enjoyable sex with the man she loves would definitely help with that.

** We might want to take into consideration that creator Adam Warren was a teenager during TheEighties, back when the overwhelming general fashion trend was to prefer quite thin, svelte women and deviating even a couple of pounds was less than ideal. Warren possibly imprints this into Emp's personality.

If Emp's costume and it's abilities only work for her, why did Thugboy's sensitivity get enhanced when they used it as a condom? It's clarified in-universe that increased sexual sensitivity is definitely one of the suit's powers, admitted so by Emp herself.

* Even if he IS an abusive asshole, he still has to be the leader of an entire clan. And considering he's (as far as we know) STILL the leader, that usually implies some level of competence at it. It just hasn't been shown why an otherwise competent leader would be so willing to basically drop EVERYTHING to hurt his daughter. Why was he so willing to go to war to against his formerly close allies over a broken marriage contract and 'Jette's virginity? I understand (and HATE) why he might beat the shit out of her for it but what was he offered that he'd turn that same rage against a largely innocent party? A ninja may need to be ruthless but they're pragmatists too.
