* In ''Anime/{{Kite}}'', Sawa kicked a bodyguard in the groin twice, causing him to vomit, and later shoots Akai, [[spoiler:her rapist]], between the legs.

* The title character of ''TSUYOSHI'' is someone who doesn't want to fight... So he developed the nasty habit of punching his opponents in the groin to make sure they respect his "only one fight" rule. In fact, in the first fight we see him he ends up striking his opponent there ''three times'' (it was a thug that had shoplifted at his work place with his friends and then reacted violently when confronted about it).

* In ''Hard Boiled Angel'', the English translation of Korean police procedural manhwa ''Angel Dick'', the lead character Lieutenant Jiran Ha is notorious for her frequent use of these:
** She subdues several villains by kicking them in the groin.
** In the first volume, she begins a "game" of [[DeadlyPrank hitting the office dork Detective Choe in the balls]] every time she sees him. This continues for the rest of the series. On the rare occasion he manages to avoid her punches and slaps, she gets him as soon as his guard's down. When he complains, she tells him that she has no intention of stopping, so he will have to either stay on his toes or learn to suck it up.
** One of her colleagues offhandedly remarks that she once "kicked the Commissioner in the nuts".

* In ''Manhua/SchoolShock'', Liu Li mistakes a [[ThePeepingTom peeping tom]][=/=]StalkerWithACrush as an opposing military operative and attempts to get information on who he works for through torture. Naturally, the kid doesn't work for anybody so she decides to learn all she can through an interesting technique she saw in a film recently. After wrapping a ball in the end of a cloth, she swings it directly at the guy's groin and we see an egg crack and a ScreamDiscretionShot. Later he's seen passed out.

*** When Tagoma boasts that being Freeza's sparring partner for four months has made his body harder than steel and sophisticated attacks have no effect on him... and Gotenks promptly headbutts him right in the Dragon Balls (likely the one place Freeza did not attack him in those four months), for devastating effect. THe Muten Roshi promptly states it wasn't a sophisticated attack.

*** In episode 89 Yurin kicks the [[DirtyOldMan Muten Roshi]] in the groin for looking up her skirt after he knocked her on her back.

* [[spoiler: Chizuru Honda]] from ''Manga/{{Bokurano}}'' does this in a HumongousMecha, to the other mecha she's fighting. Quite ironic, considering [[spoiler: her status as a girl who got pregnant due to rape.]]

* In ''Anime/DigimonAdventure'', [=WarGreymon=] uses his Great Tornado attack to drill right into [=VenomMyotismon's=] crotch, but all it does is reveal Myotismon's true form within. After this happens, [=WarGreymon=] proceeds to kick the Fuji Broadcasting Center's observatory into [=VenomMyotismon's=] crotch-face, before he and [=MetalGarurumon=] finish the job with a CombinationAttack.

* In ''Manga/EdenNoHana'', Midori applies one [[spoiler: on her rapist stepbrother]] to escape from him and [[spoiler: join her real brother, Tokio.]]

** Mutsuki does this to [[spoiler: Takizawa]], kneeing him and following it up ''stomping'' on his genitals. It's not only dirty fighting at its worst, but an early indicator of the [[SanitySlippage trouble]] to come.

* In ''Anime/DragonBallSuper'', after upgrading his sword into a LaserBlade powered by the combined ki of everyone on the planet, Future Trunks splits Fusion Zamasu in half vertically, starting at his groin. And he holds his sword there for several seconds before moving it up.
