** Mauthe Doogs from ''VideoGame/FireEmblemTheSacredStones'' are essentially the monster version of the already annoying Myrmidons, but worse. Their Fiery Fangs are statistically identical to Iron Swords, but they aren't considered swords and are thus exempt from the Weapon Triangle, meaning lance users have a harder time dealing with them. Their lack of axe advantage is also meaningless as their high evasion makes axes ineffective regardless.

* ''VideoGame/SuperRobotWarsW'' has an exceptional number of Super Small-sized units compared to other games, mostly due to the inclusion of ''Anime/TekkamanBlade'' and ''Anime/DetonatorOrgun'', both series with a bent towards PoweredArmor. This means lots of very small, very hard-to-hit enemies, such as Sol Tekkamen, Birdmen, and Alien Tekkamen that you usually have to use your Spirit abilities to get rid of. Especially aggravating in the fact that the game freely gives Birdmen to the ''Anime/GaoGaiGar'' and ''LightNovel/FullMetalPanic'' bad guys to fill out their ranks.
