** There's a bit of unintentional DarkHumor when [[spoiler:Z-Arc said "What happened, is no one trying to defeat me? Somebody duel me!" while effectively blasting buildings and people who may challenge him. This scene is made more hillarious when you remember Yugo did a similar thing in episode 46 when he knocked Takeda and Umesugi out and then wondered why they were not answering him]].

** Not really meant to be funny and more unintentional than anything else but [[spoiler:JACK ATLAS' reaction to Z-Arc seems more indifferent than anything else. Everyone who knows Yuya and has seen Z-Arc so far has had a surprised or shocked reaction while JACK ATLAS just nonchalantly assumes Yuya and Z-Arc than immediately tells him if even a piece of Yuya is still inside of him, he's going to kick his butt and save him]]

** Upon Yuya arriving at the You Show Duel School he gets hit on the head by Yuzu's fan [[spoiler:however he's hit on the head with the fan by Shouzo, rather than Yuzu. The humor comes from Yuya questioning why Shouzo hit him with the fan and where he got it in the first place and Shouzo himself doesn't know where it came from or why did it, his reasoning is because he knows Yuya ''always'' gets hit on the head with the fan]]
** During the battle royale duel between [[spoiler:Yuya, Sawatari, Gongenzaka, and Tsukikage, everyone begins to remember the Maiami Championship that occurred 100 episodes prior and upon Yoko remembering the competition rather than remembering her son defeating Sawatari or him '''''brutally''''' defeating Kachidoki in his awakened state she remembers it because Michio competed in it and starts fangirling over him]].
** Also during the battle royale when Yuya [[spoiler:recalls Tsukikage dueling Sora, Tsukikage corrects him saying it was his brother '''HIKAGE''' who duel Sora and Hikage just randomly appears by Tsukikage's side as he mentions his name, than disappear again after Tsukikage finishes rectifying Yuya's mistaken assumption]]

* General:
** ''ARC-V'' is a show with entertainment as its central theme. It goes without saying that this results in hilarity.
** In general how the characters mistake Yuya and Yuzu's dimensional counterparts for each other. Especially when they look very different. Even Yuya and Yuzu get mixed up.
** Yuzu's reaction to everything seems to be to smack it with something... usually a paper fan/harisen. Including her own father.
** The facial expressions, just, the facial expressions.
** Nico Smiley in the dub.
** The show's catchphrase "The Fun is just getting started" is darkly hilarious [[spoiler:as the show gets more and more depressing, it just becomes ridiculously ironic.]]

!!Openings and Endings

** Leo's Revival Zero, which Gongenzaka even say as the resurrection of Zero, became hilarious with the reveal of Code Geass: Lelouch of the Resurrection which has Lelouch coming back to life.

* When the silhouette of Yuri's ace monster was shown, some fans proclaimed it to be the generic card Kaiser Dragon.

** Yuya is chosen to make a speech and is unceremoniously picked up by security guards and thrown onto the stage. You could hear everybody else there laughing.

*** When Serena first used Polymerization, Yugo [[RunningGag screamed that wasn't his name]] only for Serena to yell back to shut up as it was her turn.

** After snapping out of the Berserk State, Yuri is genuinely confused as to where he is and what he's doing.

** As Kurosaki is punching and kicking anyone who stands in his way to freedom, Sawatari is seen behind him barking out orders and pretending as though he's helping. Kurosaki finally has enough after a while of this and notes aloud that ''he's'' doing all the work.

* Episode 94: The reactions of Sergey and Roget as the duel between Jack and Sergey comes to its conclusion: Sergey, as always, starts screaming how "beautiful" Jack's style of dueling is and turns up his hamminess UpToEleven. On the other hand, Roget starts flipping his s%#t when he can no longer control his top pawn and Sergey ends up [[spoiler:losing]]. While normally a very satisfying VillainousBreakdown, it becomes hilarious due to Roget's voice reaching a high pitch, making him sound more foolish than threatening.

** The last shot is a photo of all eight together with Yugo right in front of the camera with a goofy smile and Rin yelling at him.

** The preview has awakened Yugo and Yuri arguing over ''who becomes one with who''. That's right even possessed and synchronized, Yugo and Yuri can't get along.

* Episode 72: Its a duel between Yugo and Sawatari, there was no way it wouldn't be funny

** Sawatari accidentally doing a wheelie and getting ahead of Yugo. Even better in the dub where he quickly follows up with, "[[BlatantLeis I'm fine]]."
* Episode 73: Yuya is moved by Reira's message and wants to thank Reira and promises he'll beat Jack... Only to be told that it's impossible. To deliver that message because Reira already went back in to the hall. Yuya's expression and the soundtrack are what carry the moment.

** In the middle of a tense moment when [[spoiler: Leo sets his Pendulum Scales]], Reiji of all people shouts a BigWhat. It's completely unexpected from[[TheChessmaster him]] and gets a laugh despite the situation.

** Sawatari accidently doing a wheelie and getting ahead of Yugo.
