* In one of the tapes available to collect you can hear Batman recording his segment of the Justice Day hologram's and subsequently hear him trail off before asking what his line is. That's right, your listening to a Bat-blooper.
* When regular Kryptonite fails to kill Superman Earth 2 Luthor chimes in with a plan over the teams comms, the problem is that the team is in the room with Waller, they're trying to keep Luthors involvement a secret for now and Captain Boomerang draws attention to the conversation, leading to Luthor having to explain his plan to stop Superman to Waller [[ATaleToldByAnIdiot and make it look like it was Boomerangs idea...]] [[CrazyEnoughToWork and somehow she actually gets fooled.]]

** Later in that trailer, Deadshot tries to [[ShootingSuperman shoot]] ComicBook/TheFlash. Considering he's [[SuperSpeed The Flash]], he effortlessly dodges the bullet and repositions himself behind Deadshot before anyone can even react, sarcastically asking "did you get him?" When Harley (an objectively worse shot compared to hyper-skilled Floyd) pulls out her revolver and tries to shoot Flash a second time, Flash responds with a mix of incredulity and annoyance.

* King Shark is a literal FishOutOfWater in addition to being TheComicallySerious and LiteralMinded. This combination naturally leads to no shortage of hilarious instances with his often confused, but otherwise entirely deadpan, reactions to many of the insane scenarios the team find themselves in over the course of the story.

* After Waller tazes the team into unconsciousness, they wake up on a train heading into Metropolis for their mission. When the train suddenly begins to derail upon arriving in Metropolis, the three male team members (Deadshot, King Shark, and Boomerang) are appropriately panicked about the ensuing crash. Harley, on the other hand, holds her hands up and cheers as if she were on a rollercoaster.

* During a flashback to the teams recruitment Waller tricks them into injecting eachother with the nanites, leading to a comical freeze frame montage of them fighting each other.

* After killing the Flash, King Shark tries eulogizing him for being a noble warrior, which gets interrupted by Captain Boomerang [[LastDisrespects walking up to piss on his corpse]]. Deadshot is about to [[EveryoneHasStandards admonish him for it]] but is distracted by the size of his penis and is moved to congratulate him instead. [[FunnyBackgroundEvent In the background]], Harley sneaks a peek and honors Boomer with a stern-faced salute.

** Also, Penguin is dressed as TheGenerallisimo.

** It turns out Boomerang using a phone he stole from Amanda Waller which she's pissed about.

* After putting the ExplosiveLeash on Penguin he tries to get away and Waller electrocutes him, the Squad pretend it didn't work so Waller (who only has audio contact) shocks him repeatedly.
