* Michinaga is paired with the Ace of Power, who exasperates the poor buffalo to no end. Because the Ace of Power is a muscle head who barrels through all of his problems, his methods of fighting are much less effective than the Prime Ace's. When they are attacked by a horde of Jyamato, Michinaga has to remind Power that he can transform as he wails on Jyamato with slaps and body slams. Power Ace seems to at first get with the program and poses with the Magnum Buckle as if to insert it into the Desire Driver... then promptly chucks it at the Jyamato, nailing one in the face. Adding to the hilarity, Power Ace picks it up again and then punts it away, not even hitting any Jyamato. Michinaga stares at him dumbfounded for a couple of seconds before yelling in confused fury and literally running after the Magnum Buckle, picking it up, inserting it into Power's Desire Driver for him, taking his hand and literally walking him through the transformation before finally pressing Power's hand into Geats' signature fox gesture to complete the picture.
** When Ace of Power first shows up he's eating out of a random can he found.
--> Michinaga: What are you eating?
--> Ace of Power: No idea, I just found it over there.
--> Michinaga: Don't eat random shit you just find!
** Ace's common sense is also missing from the Ace of Power, having been concentrated in the Ace of Wisdom. When Win brings a horse for Power Ace to escape, he leaps through the air impressively... and lands on the horse backwards. Not even on the saddle. The horse moves forward and he just slides off, landing face first into the dirt.
*** The fact Win in the Western World is a sheriff is kind a funny when you remember his character theme repeatedly calls him an anarchist.
*** Power Ace then gets right back up, and instead of getting on the horse correctly decides to just cut out the middle man and BE the horse. He grabs Michinaga and lifts him on his shoulders as Michinaga yells out in bewilderment.
--> Ace of Power: I'll just be the horse!
--> Michinaga: You're supposed to be a fox!
*** Power Ace treats Michinaga as a weapon as much as he does a passenger, jostling and swinging him around to fight off the Jyamato with the Buffalo Rider clinging on for dear life. When the Opabinia Jyamato shows up, Power Ace asks Michinaga if he's ready, then launches him at Opabinia like a missile...and misses it completely. Michinaga then crashes headfirst into a dune where he becomes stuck, with only his legs sticking out.
*** Later on, during Ace's final battle with Mela, Michinaga gets his revenge with the help of the other Riders. They pick Ace up, and do the "missile launch" routine by throwing him at Mela to great effect.
* Neon is paired with the Ace of Wisdom, who (due to all of Ace's physical abilities being tied up in the Ace of Power) flat-out refuses to fight the Jyamato as he knows he'd be creamed in two seconds. Instead, Neon acts as his carthorse and pulls him around on a rickshaw in a Scooby-Doo-esque chase through Meiji-era streets. Wisdom Ace nonchalantly calls out directions for Neon to turn as she flees from an ever-increasing army of Jyamato.
** Also, the fact that Ace's constitution was concentrated in the Ace of Power means that the Ace of Wisdom has little to no tolerance for rough motion. Just being pulled around by Neon causes him to become nauseous, and he carries around a personal barf bowl for such occasions.
** After a few scenes of pondering, the Ace of Wisdom figures out Melo and Mela's plan. However, before he can elaborate, he walks right into the Opabinia Jyamato, who doesn't even react when he tries to run away and just lets him go, knowing he'll trip the second he tries due to having no physical coordination. Wisdom Ace then tries to continue calmly explaining that the enemy's plan as he is kidnapped.
* Tsumuri travels to the deserted island themed world by jumping off the side of the Desire Temple with an open umbrella and proceeds to float down Mary Poppins style. As she enters her clothes become ragged to fit the world's theme to her displeasure.
* The Ace of Luck is an absolute joy to watch. He always has a big goofy grin on his face and his luck often causes embarrassing and painful mishaps to happen to his attackers, such as having rocks fall on them or slipping on seaweed. Also, each incident is accompanied by a bright "Happy!" or "Lucky!" from Luck Ace.
** When Sae comes across him and Tsumuri, his happy-go-lucky attitude actually causes her to reach for an arrow in alarm, thinking he's some kind of imposter.
** Lucky Ace somehow manages to find a ten yen coin. On a deserted island. Sae and Tsumuri are just as confused as we are.
* When Sae asks what attribute the fourth Ace has, it cuts to the Ace of Heart just sitting on a swing with a deadpan look and playing an ocarina. Keiwa, having no clue what is going on, answers; "The ocarina attribute...maybe?"
** When the Jyamato appear after Melo unifies the world again, Heart Ace stands up with a heroic soundtrack playing and walks firmly up to a Jyamato. He throws out a punch...which does absolutely nothing at all. The Jyamato looks at the fist for a second before decking Heart Ace in the face.
** Ace then picks up a kid's watering can, a blue elephant one at that, and starts pointing it at Jyamato going "Bang! Bang!", and they actually react as if they got shot until one just walks right up to him clearly done with all this and throws him onto a slide.
* Win's first scene in the movie as PunkJack sees him rescue a woman from a Jyamato then shooing her away from the danger while said Jyamato is hitting him repeatedly with its blade. PunkJack shows no sign it affects him until he punches the mook away before hissing in pain.
* When Melo betrays Mela, she promptly walks out of the battlefield and tries to blow up both Mela and Ace with a cartoonish detonator plunger straight out of Looney Tunes. Tsumuri then calls out that she won't let it happen and then slams Melo with a dropkick, knocking her to the ground. Melo's foot hangs limply in the air as she lets out a pained groan and Tsumuri pumps her fist in triumph.

!!Episode 5
* The first segment features Kon-chan (the Boostriker), Spitarou (the Spider Phone) and Punchgon (the Monster Buckle), all arguing over who should be the mascot for the upcoming movie. When Ace enters with the Geats Chemy, all three team up to beat their master up.
* Tycoon, Naa-go and Buffa are all trapped in their Chemy forms, leaving them wondering how they’ll see the movie. Tycoon hopes to apply for a children’s ticket, while Buffa wonders if they’ll even be let in.
* The second segment has the cast delivering presents on behalf of Santa because he got stuck in traffic. Neon finds that her dad wants a robot dinosaur.
* A CutawayGag shows Ace performing the duties of a star: sitting on top of a Christmas tree.
* In the OnTheNext preview, Daichi appears to hype up his appearance next time, only for Michinaga to shut him down.
-->Michinaga: You weren’t that popular a character.
!!Episode 6
* Ace granting everyone’s wishes in the style of a variety show
** Keiwa wishes to be an idol, resulting in a MediumShiftGag to footage of Ryuga Sato singing “I Peace” on stage.
-->Neon: I feel like Keiwa became more three-dimensional.
** Neon wishes for a part-time job. Ace makes her his shrine maiden, only for her to screw things up by giving money away.
** Tsumuri requests a different look, so Ace turns her into a dragon, because it’s the Year of the Dragon. She’s not shown changing back until the credits,
** Michinaga is apathetic enough to say that anything will do. Ace thus offers to see if there’s anything to fix at his house.

* When Ace lays down the final finisher on Beroba in his LaserBoost form, we're treated with quite possibly one of the most over-the-top explosions in this series. Not only do we get to hear Beroba scream for a split-second before the first explosion, but the seven or so subsequent explosions in slow-motion are so hilariously overkill that it adds a layer of comedy to an otherwise completely awesome scene.

** The fact Ace's reaction is after they transform and Win announces "I AM PUNKJACK!", so we're treated to a flabbergasted Geats. Even better the realisation only set in when he was two steps away from battling the Jymato and has a delayed "Huh?" after the DGP staff member runs past him.
* Win latter runs off in a fight claiming to have a "stomach problems", as an excuse to start his dirty work for the Gamemaster.

* X Geats is this when he isn't being scary. Seriously, it's one thing for the costume to have a darker color scheme and a rougher mechanical aesthetic than the original, but any scariness that comes out of the costume quickly becomes underwhelming when the wearer acts like a 10-year-old high on sugar.

* The second segment then reimagines the characters as toddlers at a daycare, with Tsumuri as the teacher.
** Keiwa is so helpful that he doesn’t give Tsumuri any room to do anything.
** Instead of running away from home, Neon instead streams her attempts to leave the daycare and go home to her parents and bodyguards. She bursts out crying when Tsumuri catches and chides her.
** Michinaga’s competitiveness is reimagined as him building a sandcastle and charging an extortionate rent for tenants.
** Ace is just as much of a troll as ever, still referring to Tsumuri as his sister and convincing her that a teacup filled with cola is something much worse for young kids.
!!Episode 3
* Neon spends the entire first segment playing CluelessDetective. Not only does she refuse to believe that Ace DIDN’T eat Tsumuri’s lunch, when Keiwa all but admits it, she brushes him off.
!!Episode 4
* The first segment is all about everyone’s attempts to discover what Ace is scared of. During the discussion, Neon mentions that’s she’s scared of rats, which both Michinaga and Ace note is ironic for a cat-themed Rider.
