So the sequel was, unsurprisingly, titled ''Les Dents de la mer deuxième partie'' ("The Teeth of the Sea, second part"). This was often abbreviated in casual speech, however, to ''Les Dents de la mer deux''… which sounds very much like ''Les Dents de la merde'', "The Teeth of the Shit".
