Eragon and Garzvhog hang out during Brisingr, so this example shouldn't go at the very end

* While travelling to Tronjiheim with Nar Garzvhog, Eragon witnesses an Urzhad (a colossal species of [[BearsAreBadNews cave bear]] native to the Beor Mountains) hunting a herd of Nagra (a species of [[FullBoarAction wild boar]] the size of horses), and wonders aloud if [[BehemothBattle even Saphira could defeat such a beast]]. Garzhvog [[ServileSnarker snarkily]] [[StatingTheSimpleSolution points out]] that Saphira can [[BreathWeapon breathe fire]], while the bear can't.

** Later, Eragon mention this meeting to Angela, who's first reaction is a surprised and wordless "WTF? That bastard is still alive?". She then reveals that Tenga was her master, which can likely explain a couple of things about her.

-->She is very short, though, so I would not discount the possibility that she is part dwarf. I saw her bathing her feet one time, and she has the normal number of toes, but that, in and of itself, proves nothing.

* When Eragon returns from gathering dragon lore from Brom, he goes to see the as-yet-nameless Saphira, who is still repeating his name, the only word she's ever said at this point. He asks her if that's all she can say, and she replies, "[[LogicBomb Yes]]." As always, the key ingredient in comedy is misery; Eragon is thoroughly unamused by her joke, as he's still reeling from the realization that dragons are sapient.
