** The fourth Aoko is wisely advised by Soujuurou to not patrol the baths since at this point they've figured out that the secret wish-granting springs are cursed to try to kill whoever tries to make a wish on them and Aoko had been dying in the would-be wish recipients' place. However, although fourth Aoko survives, a fifth Aoko, completely independent of the other Aoko's, ended up showing up to investigate the springs anyway and ended up dying in Ryougi's place that night anyway.
** How the fourth Aoko actually dies is particularly noteworthy. The heroes believe that they've solved the incident, but Aoko decides to guard the spring that night again anyway. Believing that it would be safe, Aoko decided to test out the Shoulder Pain Exterminator spring due to the pains caused by [[DCupDistress her large chest]]. She ends up getting killed directly by the curse, which [[NiceJobBreakingItHero not only stops her from syncing with her past selves memories in order to figure out what was going on, but also ends up making the real threat a notch stronger.]]

* While looking through the files in Bazett's briefcase, Mash finds and reads aloud a background check on the innkeeper Kumanoin Yoshisuke, who at this point is the most suspicious person in the story. The file confirms some of what the heroes have already learned about him, but reveals that Kumanoin Yoshisuke was just a stage name that he made his real name upon taking over the inn, and that he actually went by a different name in the past: [[CanonCharacterAllAlong Housuke Kinomi]]. Aoko and Tobimaru immediately storm off to the lobby to wring their old high school acquaintence's neck for complicating the investigation by not revealing himself while Alice comments that they should hurry before their lead gets killed.
* In order to hide that Aoko has been repeatedly dying and being replaced by a future self, the protagonist told Kumanoin that the third dead Aoko was the daughter of the first, to his disbelief. When Kumanoin is revealed to be Kinomi, he reveals that his disbelief was due to the idea that Aoko got married. [[LetMeAtHim Soujuurou has to hold Aoko back from killing Kinomi for that comment]].

However, since this is a Singularity where her death isn't properly recorded yet, an Aoko of the future is able to learn about her previous self's death and then Time Shift to pick up where the dead Aoko left off. The third Aoko outright tells the Protagonist to ignore investigating her killer for now and focus on finding the Grail, and when gunshots are suddenly heard the next morning, they're not surprised in the least to find her body again.

It works well enough since her cover story is that she's a quirky spirit medium, but Alice sees right through it, claiming that only Aoko would use such a stupid disguise.
* Chaldea decides to perform a Heroic Spirit Summoning both to bolster their numbers and demonstrate to Alice and Aoko. However, the Servant they end up summoning is Soujuurou, who true to character, treats being summoned to save the world as his next part-time job. The thing is though, this Soujuurou is from 1991, and there's an adult Soujuurou wandering arround the hotel at the same time, so it's implied Aoko had to hurry and kick out the adult Soujuurou.
