He then barely begins cycling back to the Hearthome Pokémon Center to heal before getting caught by a Breeder who had turned in his direction after the previous battle, though he uses this as an opportunity to discuss the new Pokémon that can be found on Route 209. After the fact, he cycles right into the sight of ''another'' Breeder. During this battle, his Kirlia grows to Level 25 and tries to learn Calm Mind[[note]]Raises Special Attack and Special Defense by one stage simulataneously. It's a very good move.[[/note]]. Chugga decides to replace Lucky Chant with Calm Mind because he can always use Teleport to [[WarpWhistle warp]] back to the Pokémon Center. Cue his realisation that [[EpicFail he could have used Teleport the whole time instead of manually cycling back and running into Trainers along the way]], before [[ThePollyanna quickly switching back to being upbeat about Kirlia learning Calm Mind]].

After cutting to the end of the ensuing battle, Chugga angrily slams Jubilife TV for broadcasting information about him to the world to be watched by his archenemies.
